I am compelled to share my extremely negative experience with Edwards Chevyman 280 to caution potential customers. Over ten months ago, I brought my vehicle in for repairs, which included inspecting and tightening the tire rods, installing new tires, and aligning the car. Since then, I have faced ongoing disappointment and frustration, marked by multiple visits, discussions with a new manager, and unreturned phone calls, all without any resolution. Initially, the dealership misrepresented the seriousness of the alignment issue, leading me to believe it was not a concern, and charged me for unnecessary parts. After persistent complaints, it became clear that the alignment had not been adequately addressed, forcing me to seek assistance from another mechanic to rectify the problem that had been overlooked. Furthermore, the dealership failed to balance the tires despite charging for this service, resulting in considerable damage to my vehicle. Their apparent priority seems to be quick profits rather than delivering quality service. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership reconsider, as their dishonesty, incompetence, and lack of customer care have rendered my experience utterly nightmarish.

Agarré mi camioneta ahí y después que la agarre me di cuenta que los rines eran de diferente color fui y le dije con quien la agarramos y dijo que quizás los productos que avía usado para limpiarlo lo avía puesto así.. pero que nos iban a llamar para pintarlos hace dos años eso nunca llamaron

The manager there Chris is rude as hell and they try to make you get work done that you don't need, I had a small noise in the front wheel and when I left the both sides are making loud noises now, every time I go there they have a different advisor to handle my car, I guess I'll have to change dealer ship's and go to the Chevy dealership in Bessemer

I was having trouble with my 2012 tahoe so I called the service department and told them what was going on and that I had an extended warranty. The service advisor asked me did the provider pay with an invoice or with a credit card. I didn't know so she told me to call them and see, so I did. I called her back and told her that they pay the same day after service is finished by credit card. The advisor said that was good and started asking again what was the problem which I had already told her. Everything was fine until she asked me one last question " what year is your vehicle?" Again I said 2012 Tahoe. She told me they don't work on cars that old because they can't get parts for them. I guess LS engines don't exist anymore. That caused me to have to have my car towed past Edward's on 280 all the way to Hoover to Hendricks who did fix my car.

Sheryl is the best. Honest and she always helps out a single mom who knows nothing about cars! Been going to her for 15 years with 3 different Chevy trucks. All have made it over 150k miles.
