I had a nail in my tire and they let me drop my car off so that I could get it there before it went completely flat. I live close by but just discovered them and will definitely bring my car back in the future!

My car blew out the fuel line near the shop fortunately. I left it there and left a message. They squeezed me in and were very fair with the bill. They also did a great job on the repair. Thanks!

Very poor customer service. Go to Atlas Auto instead which is 6 minutes away. Ek should take his name off the establishment because it would only soil his reputation. These guys are just rude and unprofessional. Never going back there ever again. I never complain to anyone about anything, but this place SUCKS! I’d put 0 stars if I could.

Waaay over charged me. Took it somewhere else for $1100 cheaper. Still had to pay $300 for diagnoses and very minimal work they had started before I canceled the job. New place looked over diagnostic receipt and was laughing in disbelief over the extremely high charges.

EK Auto should be considered the standard in automotive maintenance and repairs. They went above and beyond for my 2016 Jeep Compass which I thought was having major issues turned out to only be something minor and they were able to have everything taken care of in a very reasonable time. The team at EK Auto does a truly outstanding job and deserves recognition for it. They will be my go-to shop from now on due to their professionalism, communication, and honesty.

We were recommended to EK by some friends in the neighborhood. While there was no particular problem with our daughter’s car, we wanted the guys to give it a once over and make sure everything was in working order. They found a few minor things, recommended a fix and we had the car back at the end of the day. Great communication and service! Will definitely be returning for all our car needs!

Poor experience, went in for a diagnostic appointment, they kept the car for 4 hours just to look over. I pointed out to the service advisor it needs new ball joints to start there. Fast forward to pick up, I was advised car needs a few small minor repairs, wiper blades, oil change, and a control arm was worn out. Nothing about the ball joints. Get there car is on the rack still, mention it to the tech , what’s up with the ball joints look at them, his reply is yea I would replace those. Huh?!? You don’t say that is what I originally came for. This was a week ago. Haven’t heard back from them since regarding what I initially wanted repaired. And doesn’t seem like I’ll be going back. Poor experience not worth my time going back for another mislead experience. 1 star for service and 0 customer service!!
