My job uses E&L for their services, so I decided to take my car to them for a brake inspection. They did a wonderful job. Fast service and very welcoming. Taking my car back soon for window tinting.

Seems friendly but when I drove my car in an described the problem, the shop worker told me it’s $110 for a diagnosis and would not tell me any of his ideas on the problem or what it would cost to fix. Any reputable shop does free diagnosis and then quote to repair. Said he would look up part price I asked about and call me back never did. Forget it, red flags.

I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service and workmanship at E&L Auto Body Shop! My car had recently suffered some unfortunate damage, and I was worried about finding a reliable body shop to bring it back to life. But from the moment I walked into E&L, I knew I was in good hands. Eddie was supper cool and worked with my budget when he didn’t have too! The repairs on my car were flawless. It truly looks brand new again, like the accident never even happened. The paint job is immaculate, and the bodywork is perfect. It's clear they take immense pride in their craft. The staff at E&L were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in their work. They exceeded my expectations in every way and truly went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs top-quality auto body repairs. I was told an alignment would be included with my service but then was told afterwards that they dont do alignments at this facility. After the work was done they tried to sell me an alignment that they'd have another facility take care. I was overcharged from what the original quote I was given. The mechanic replaced lug nuts on my tire without asking me (it did not need new ones), charged me full price for them, and then felt as though I should be grateful for it. To top it all off, they didn't fix the problem that I was experiencing with my car nor did they try to investigate further to diagnose the problem. Avoid this place: they'll say anything to get you in the door and try to stuff your bill afterwards.

Eddie and his team helped me with an oil change, alignment, and tire change about 4 months ago. The job was professional and cost effective. I came back to him to help change the two pairs of brakes and get some body work completed. I had a good time with the service. You will be satisfied with the shop it’s value and professionalism.

To start, He refused to give me an estimate of how much my repairs would cost.. I asked him repeatedly and he kept saying " I dont know" then when everything was finished he pointed to some signs on the wall. He wouldn't explain what was wrong with my car until I paid the receptionist. Instead he stayed inside his office then she called him out after I paid. He came out to tell me he fixed some things on my car but not what I initially went in there for. At that point his demeanor and how he did business i knew I'd came to the wrong place. He was totally unprofessional going back and fourth in spanish with his receptionist while he was explaining what they had did to my car. When I asked him what the problem was he be ame very upset and told me he would tell her and she would tell me. I'm like sir I'm the customer but I messed up because I already paid the 300 smh.

From Wonderful Lilly to their two receptionists, to Eddie the owner and the entire E&L Auto Body Staff, Tow and Brake Service mechanics; I have hired E&L to restore both My parents very last two Lincoln Town Cars. My Father’s 1988 and recently my Mother’s 1998. I highly recommend them to not only do a very professional, detailed and thorough job, but they worked very well with my insurance companies to keep my cost At an affordable price since I am now retired. I went in for and oil change and had them check out a small issue i was having with my car. I was truly amazed by their customer service and attention to my concern. Being that I have no idea about cars or experience with mechanics, I know i was very susceptible to being taken advantage of and getting stuck with a big bill. That was not the case here, they were honest and straight forward with me and charged me a fair price. I will definitely be recommending them and going back for my future mechanical needs.

Visit here to remove broken locking lug nut. They tried, and fail to remove. Then she called husband, and he said $69 for just removing 1 lug nut. We denied it, because tool price cheaper than it. Finally they charged $29 for nothing. Just trying.
