Estas personas tienen unos costos excesivos además que no cumplen con lo que venden son unos irresponsables es el peor lugar de Indianápolis me hicieron una porquería y cobraron carísimo! Y lo peor que no les importa cuando reclamas ! Odie este lugar tanto como las personas que trabajan allí ! Irresponsables incompetentes

I needed a tune up on my vehicle bad, but also didn’t want to break the bank. El Camino accepted my car in with no issue. They diagnosed the car to confirm I needed a tune up; started on it immediately and I was able to pick up my car the next day. They remained communicative with updates on my car - and it runs like new!! I’m so appreciative to the work they did on my car!

Fast service. However overpriced. Came in for 4 tires. Was told they started at 160 a piece for my size. I said that was fine (I'd knew they would be offbrand but was fine with it) got them done and threw them on my car. Looked up the tires out of curiosity and at most only run 80 bucks online for one. I get shops have to make money but to charge double and still make me pay 120 for installation is kinda ridiculous. You figure they would roll that cost into the huge profit margin. Learned my lesson.

I was out on the road with a friend and his front tire blew out and he not only needed that one 🛞 but 2 🛞🛞 I didnt quite have enough $ for 2 so they gave me 2 for what $ I had. That’s legendary! TOO EXPENSIVE TIRES I have spent too much money at this shop for past few years on getting new brake rotors, pads and calipers, oil change BUT this time, they ripped me off. I went for inspection, they charged $80 and said I wont have to pay for it if I get 2 tires, not even just 1 or get some kind of service. I asked for USED tire and they said they only have new ones, there is another review that says she got used tire from there 😐 why would you treat customers differently? I had to get 2 tires for $260 for an inspection visit. They charged another 20 for removing a part of my car which should have been complimentary especially when I am already making a huge purchase. Go to Walmart or something for tires, way way cheaper If you dont rip off and treat customers equally, you have customer for long time but rip off only works one time.

They have a car wash and it always comes with an inconsistent price. The staff there are fraudulent. They will refuse to give you the price list of the Car Wash which was previously on the table for the public. Too many hanky-panky in the store.

Came in for a tire repair, unfortunately it wasn't repairable. Used tired for $75. This staff was professional, kind, and expeditious. Would definitely recommend! I'm amending my review because the used tire they put on my car deflated. It had a hole in it. I ended up going somewhere else for a new one.

I'm so happy with all El camino tire shop team, they're very nice people, very professional, the lady on the desk, she's very kind and always smile, I work on buying and selling cars, I take all my cars here, they always give me a reasonable price, I don't have to worry about anything, so responsible, one of my cars a jeep grand cherokee comes with a bad engine, I take it to el camino tire and they order a new one and replace it, almost three months after the engine starts making a weird noise so I take it to them and, they called me next day telling me that something is wrong with the engine so they order a new one and replace it again, they didn't charge not even a penny, they also clean it up for free, very helpful and nice people, they will do everything, whatever you want to fix, they'll do it. Thanks El camino tire shop, blessings for you guys.

Si quieres botar tu dinero este es el lugar indicado,lleve 2 carros a alinear y ninguno quedó bien , me hicieron cambiar piezas y tampoco quedó, siempre te salen con un cuento que si hay que cambiar un tornillo o cualquier otra cosa y te quieren cobrar bien caro ,en fin muy mal servicio

Such a fast and professional service. My family and I are very thankful with their staff, driving back home unexpected flat tires still had about three hours left of a drive. I was super thankful to find this place thanks to the staff they stayed a couple more minutes after working hours to help us out with replacing our tire. Thank-you!!!!

Wife paid for a new tire and new sensor. Sensor didn’t work. Took it back and they worked on it for a few hours to tell her to take it to discount tire and they will look at it for free. She asked for a refund and they said no, but if discount tire says it’s bad they can offer a credit.

Muy mal cervicio ni aunque me pagaran lo recomiendo un tipo por montar un set de rines con llantas me quería cobrar $60 pero eso no es nada yo estaba de acuerdo a pagar pedí una alineación en mi auto y me dijeron que $120 por cada lado ok todavía estaba de acuerdo a pagar por el cervicio pero el problema es me tuvieron mucho tiempo esperando y en lugar de atenderme nomas estaba el tipo mirando videos en su teléfono muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo

Mal servicio compre dos llantas y una estaba mala le dije y se enojaron y me cobraron 20 dolares extra por cambiarla sus caras eran muy malas jamas regresaré se que soy solo un cliente pero recuerde que la atención a sus clientes es indispensable para que su negocio funcione mal servio mala actitud

Malo me querían vender unas llantas que no eran las que pedí y todavía pagadas para el día siguiente por qué no tenían las que quería y al día siguiente que me di cuenta no las tomé y me cobraron 65 dólares supuestamente por el cargo de envío que pagaron ellos, eso es un robo
