This place is terrible don’t go there, they are scammers , they would break something before they give you back your car. Please save yours self the trouble and don’t waste your money.

Come on man. I took my car up there 3 times and something new was wrong with the car everytime I took it there after they already “diagnosed” it. They would fix the problem then the next day the check engine light would pop back up and say another issue. It’s ridiculous. But I wouldn’t go back! Very shady

Sold me a car that has a damaged oil pan. When I say damaged, I mean bent and sealed onto the car. There is no way to change the oil without having to replace the oil pan and I paid a couple thousand for the car. Total scam

Fui por un diagnóstico para ver qué solución daban por el ruido que traía mi motor y al otro día me llamaron y me dijeron que mi motor no servía y que le checaron todo según ello ese mismo dia fui a recogerlo y termine pagando 120 y lo levanté yo no sé mucho de mecánica pero vi que solo era un tornillo que sostiene el catalizador y el bloque del motor lo ajuste y solucion el carro quedó sereno pero por darte un diagnóstico mal 120 como que no pero bueno aver si con eso se asen millonarios así que gente no se los recomiendo

Yo como soy metida 🤣 fui a que le pusieran un parche a una llanta 🛞 y le dijo la mujer 👩 al hombre! no le dijiste a ella que no puede estar cerca, no se si fue porque no le gusta que vean como hacen el trabajo o es que es tóxica 🤣🤣😅 pero si hizo un buen trabajo el señor 👌🏻 se los recomiendo pero no se acerquen 🤣🤣🤣

I'm a black guy and have tried to get multiple jobs done at this place. I go in the guy puts my name in a book and say he'll call me back and never does. Very unprofessional. Every job I ended up doing myself. Last time I went in just to see what would happen and low and behold the book comes out. Never got a call back. 3 strikes and you're out. I'll never even bother trying again. I guess they only do business with other Mexicans.......Whatever. lol

Trash Shade tree Mechanic tried to Swindle me out a $200 To let my Window up. Not replace a motor or switch !.went to a certified Mechanic nearby charges $40 My power button was just Sticky. Lots a cars parked outside. other Otherwise i would not Take ur car there will regret it.Attorney General needs investigate prices

Tried to overcharge me for putting on two rear struts. Said job would take four hours. Repair required the removal of three nuts and TWO BOLTS...that's it! I even BROUGHT THE STRUTS WITH ME! LOL. Business is suspect at best. SHADY. STAY AWAY!

This place is an absolute ripoff they overcharge me just to put on a starter for my truck and thread two bolts $550 in labor straight rip off, then he said I had a brake line leak and when I asked to see my parts then he said they only change one line, they could not even produce no Receipts or my old parts my suggest for everyone is to stay far away from this place ! Tomorrow I am going to call the BBB And TONY Thought I was a woman without a husband ,and try to straighten rip me off ! And the only reason I get one store is because I had to put one star to post it they don’t get nothing no stars

We called them while my family was moving our son down to Indianapolis for a new job. They were so nice and easy to work with!! They arranged for the car to be towed and got it fixed within a couple of hours!! They texted me to let me know when they towed it and then called us as soon as it was done. They towed it and repair it all after hours!! That’s amazing service and customer service!! This is our son’s first time living on his own and now we are happy to know that there is a mechanic near him that we trust! Thank you Tony!!

This place is trash. I had my car there for a week and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Had they put it on the diagnostic machine it would have told them. So I had it tow from there to Pepboys and they told me the same day what the problem was. When Pepboys checked it out they notice that 8 of my bolts from the timing cover was missing I went back to Sotelo and they said they didn’t have them. How do u take someone’s car apart and don’t put all the parts back on it. Never again and see u in court and I’m calling the BBB.
