Worst shop to go to rude workers that don't wanna help I drove off the lot and the tire I bought was no good and when I went back they were no use or help

They helped me fix my tire and thoroughly explained the issue with my rim, not my tire. They usually have tires in stock for all sizes. I know if I go here, I will have my tire replaced and not run around. I did not get their names, but the guys are super helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly staff! They fixed my tire when it had a nail in it and when I went to discount tire they said it wasn’t possible. Great service!

Had an alignment done on. A 2019 gmc sierra, and when I got it back it was pulling stronger to the left. Then I went back and they still couldn’t fix it. They tried but just couldn’t figure it out. The don’t know what they’re doing and that’s why they’re so cheap. Stay away.

I took my truck to these guys for an alignment and they couldn’t figure tf out after 4 hours of trying. I had to pay $140 dollars for an alignment that didn’t get done. My truck STILL needs an alignment.

No les recomiendo esta llantera...en mi vida habia tenido problemas con una llantera pero esta es de lo peor...lo que me paso a mi... compre el juego de llantas nuevas y a los meses se revento una y no me hicieron valida la garantia..bueno pues compre otra y la encargue igual que las otras tres y me pusieron la que les dio su gana y no medi cuenta por confiar en ellos ahora no me la quieren cambiar por que ya la rode aunque fue error de ellos...el personal que tienen ahi no sirve para nada mis compas....mejor saquenle la vuelta!

i had a really bad experience with this shop I bought the four tires for my car and one was damaged when I went to get the new one they told me that warrenty won’t cover it so I order another one same tire i order it they put a different tire when I noticed and I told him they said they couldn’t do nothing Don’t never buy a tire again from them!!! They will scam you.

Took my truck for an alignment. They said it needed ball joints n brakes. I had to buy my parts. Dropped off the truck, but it was not completed. They did not have the tools to replace the parts. The guy beat the ball joint and could not remove them. I have to take it now to have the joints replaced and pay for another another alignment. The guy in charge never acknowledged me. Was not concerned about the safety issues. Theshop is dark, and dirty. Pple hang out and walk around stepping on air lines and cords. Wont go back!! I want to hear from the owner!! No one has contacted me!! I had to replace the lower control arm they damaged it so bad. Now i am out $1500.00 because this shop said they could fix it, but were not equipped to do so! I need the owner to call me!!

Had my aliment done. Dropped my truck off end of the day Tuesday and they said they would get it done first thing Wednesday and call me when it was ready. I called Wednesday afternoon after not hearing from them and was told I needed new cams and guide pins and I’d have to get them and bring them. After driving across town to get the parts and drop them off it was around 3pm and he said he thought he could finish by closing at 6:00. I stopped by at 5:45 to check in and the shop was closed. Thursday I get a call it it ready, I go pick it up and the guy is on something. Spinning in circles and punching tires while trying to talk to me. 2 days later my steering wheel is completely sideways. I took my truck to another shop where they tell me that my cams have been beaten out of shape with a hammer, some were installed upside down, and I’m missing guide pins. After 2 full days at that shop my truck came out worse than before.

Bad customer service. I called to let the guy know that I’ll be heading over following day after work at 5pm to get breaks and rotors changed because my breaks are bad! Grinding metal on metal and the man said that’s fine. I drove as fast as I could with my bad breaks and when I get there guy is gone for the day after I have spoken to him day prior. SMH it’s just an inconvenience!!

I've had very good experience with this tire shop.. I've gone there 4 times to get service done and they are very quick and they are nice as well.. The prices are great and i don't waste my time when i go there..i recommend these guys to anyone.. Thanks Grullo Tucson..

No compren llantas en este lugar es como tirar el dinero a la basura yo compré cuatro llantas nuevas me salieron defectuosas fui a que me ayudaran para cambiarlas o algo y me dijeron que no tenía garantía siendo que la garantía Es para un año el señor también supuestamente alinea carros no los alinea bien Lástima que nunca están los dueños nada más los trabajadores y Son estúpidos y prepotentes si van a este lugar a comprar algo de llantas o rines es como tirar el dinero a la basura y también parchan llantas y no las parchan bien no hacen buen trabajo

I asked this shop to simply remove my wheel sensors for the TPMS system on my Ford truck from a spare set of wheels. (Thankfully they weren’t mounted on my truck or who knows what other damage would be done). They destroyed one sensor and lost another one and broke offevery valve stem instead of removing the screw to take it off correctly. Because of their incompetence now I need to buy 4 new sensors on top of paying them $40 to take them apart. I could have avoided the whole situation and just bought new wheel sensors and been out of pocket less money. I feel like this is a pretty simple task and they couldn’t even take the time to do the task correctly.

By far the WORST tire shop I’ve ever been to! First off, I called in advance to see if they had my tire size (255-65-R16), they said yes come on down! I get there and they say “oh I’m sorry we must’ve misunderstood..” smh. They offered me the next size down.. I wasn’t to comfortable with purchasing a tire that was not the recommended size tire that came with my vehicle originally. I was in desperate need of the tires so I went ahead and purchased a “Full” set of tires at a decent price with “warranty”. Literally ONE day later I was left stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire! Went back to get the “defected” tire replaced, but to my surprise they would not honor the “manufacture defect” part of our deal! Very unhappy with how the situation was handled on their end.. out some money, a tire (that I paid for) and a complete waste of time with this place! I’ll just stick with discount next time! I actually recommend “Tire Up” right up the road from this “hole in the wall” place.. better service, friendly people and they are quick and easy to work with. Regret not going there in the first place! My fault.. Side note: did not go to “Tire Up” only because they were HONEST and told me from the jump that they were out of my tire size and would be in the next day.

Forget this place bought 4 new tires 2weeks in valve stem went bad ruined tire went back wouldn't warranty so bought another new one now 2 months later one of the other tires I purchased guess what valve stem went bad ruined tire

I went to do an alignment because my truck was pulling to the side I arrive at 9:30 am and I have to wait because they were doing another car end up going home at 2:00 pm but when I left the tire shop my truck still was the same was pulling to the right side so went back to told them that my truck was doing the same pulling to the right so they told me to bring it the next day so I did. I think that guy that it's doing the alignment it's not qualify to do alignment because he didn't know what was causing my truck going to the right because when driving the truck pull to the right. they took him 4 hours to tell me that he doesn't know why my truck was pulling to the right I end up paying with out my issue fix.

Falsely Advertised Tire Prices. Told Me To Come To Store, When I Arrived @ 9:30am It Was Closed(They Open At 8:30am) . There Were Also Several Customers Waiting Outside. Told Me I’d Be Given A Finance App, Which I Never Received. Didn’t Answer My Questions. Didn’t Offer Any Sort Of Solution To What I Was Trying To Accomplish Or Provide Information Requested. Poor Customer Service. Not A Satisfactory Experience.
