We're El Llantero Perez Tire Shop and we've been a local auto repair and tire shop here in Louisville, KY, since 2020. We believe in speedy service with a friendly atmosphere, offering new and used tires for cars, trucks, and SUVs. We started our business with 17 years of experience to provide our community with quality auto and tire service. We're looking forward to growing our business to continue to serve Louisville and the surrounding areas. Una verdadera mierda La verdad muy pero muy decepcionado y ademas una falta de respeto Lleve mi auto hace unos dias por un fallo con el ABS y después de dejalo hay una noche me llamaron que el fallo estaba en un sensor que eran 170 dolares les dije ok haganlo no hay problema con eso Tiempo mas tarde me llamaron que no era eso que era un rodamiento que se lo tenian que poner si o si y que costaba todo 400$ y que pues ya no me iban a cobrar el sensor que estaba puesto Resulta que cuando llegue a ver mi auto Ya no eran 400$ eran 500$ Rápidamente le expliqué que si podia comprar yo la pieza y me dijeron que no que ellos no ponian piezas que no fueran las originales del auto Les dije pues bajenlo que me lo llevo Y entonces me dijeron que si que si me la pondrian si yo llevaba la pieza Como ven mucha intriga muchas trabas y una falta de respeto total hacia el costume Al fianl baje el carro tube que pagarle 80$ por no hacer ni resolver nada

Hands down best tire change I’ve had! 3 workers tag teamed my 2 used tire replacements. Balanced, checked for leaks and made sure the sensors were good. Will be going back for 2 more replacements. Would recommend! Bill for 2 good tires was only $100. Great deal.

Mi esposo fue por un problema con un ruido que estaba presentando el carro y termino con otro, y botando aceite , tubo que llevar el carro más de 3 veces después de supuesto arreglo, le cobraron mil dólares y algo más, para al final a los 3 días de haberse "arreglado" el carro, volviera a presentar el mismo problema por el cual lo llevamos a arreglar, pésimo servicio

Best tire shop in town, they do great work for a fair price. I needed all 4 of my tires changed on my classic car and they got me in and taken care of immediately. Everyone there is also very friendly, I definitely recommend them to anyone.

No le doy 0 estrellas porque es imposible, fui por un problema de vibración y no me lo solucionaron, me dijeron a ver cambiado los terminales de la dirección,alinearna y balancear las gomas, el que me atendió si fue muy claro y me dijo que las llantas estaban muy malas, que ese era el problema, pero fui a otro mecánico familiar mío y me dijo que los terminales de la dirección eran super viejos,que si los cambiaron me pusieron unos en muy mal estado, ahora seguramente no hicieron nada de lo demás, me cobraron 270 dólares pero lo peor fue que me engañaron, nunca den a revisar su carro sin estar presentes y no les recomiendo para nadaa este lugar.

I got a full rear suspension job done at El Llantero Perez tire shop. When a company next door to them wanted to charge me $7k. They took care me for a reasonable better price. The great thing about them. If you like to pick your own parts and have them installed. They most certainly will work with you and just charge you for their labor. The reason why this is important to me is because I like to install over the top- ultra premium parts. they let me. E.g a standard break job with labor is $630 at a shop. I spend $630 just on break pads and rotors.

Very friendly people. I needed an affordable used tire quickly & they were able to help. Apparently places aren't selling used tires like they use to. So glad this business is here to help those on a tight budget 👍🏽

I called today at 3:10 to see if they had availability to repair or replace one tire, I arrived at 3:20, and was back on the road in less than 15 minutes!! I had called 7 other shops in the area after being canceled on by a larger chain. Not to mention price was great! Will definitely be back

I really appreciate these guys. I went in Monday, near closing. I called first, and the person who answered was kind, understanding, and informative. I was taken care of right away, even though everyone was busy with work. All the technicians were kind, and even interacted with my kids. My tire was repaired in about 10 minutes. These guys definitely saved this flustered mama. Their customer service is excellent.
