BE CAUTIOUS unfortunately 0 star isn’t optional; They will steal your tires and put cheap ones to replace them. I came in for a simple rim fix ( cracked rim) I had 3 Goodyear tires on my 2019 Nissan Altima SR, upon expecting my vehicle I noticed I was only left with 1 Goodyear tire after service from ONLY THIS SHOP. EVERY SINGLE TIRE ON MY CAR IS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BRAND ( was not like that when given to them). They stole my tires thinking I wouldn’t notice because I’m a woman. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOURE MONEY OR TIME. Find someone else to do it.

Do not do any kind of business with El Paisa tires, I gave them a down payment for a set of aftermarket wheels and never received the wheels or down payment back. I tried numerous times to get in contact with the owner about the wheels or my down payment but nothing. I literally got robbed of my money.

I had a really bad experience in this place. The repairs may be good but I do recommend people take all their valuables out of the car if leaving it for a day or more or atleast Take pictures of how the interior is left when leaving the car. A few hours after picking up my car I found out the workers or somebody searched my whole car even the trunk. All my things were moved and some things went missing... last time I'm taking my car here. Check your vehicle before leaving so anybody can complain on the spot!!!

I needed a full car detail done and had searched around the area and couldn't find anyone that's reasonable. They must have a doctor cleaning the cars because they brought this vehicle back from the dead. I'm talking about the showroom floor read. They did the outer and inner interior, under the hood steam clean engine, topping it off with the new car smell. I forgot to say very reasonable price also.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Took my truck there for a rear main seal that was leaking, since they were going to remove the engine I had them do all the seals, spark plugs, wires, new timing chain, headers, and new oil pump. All this took 3 months to finish. During these 3 months they kept telling me that it was done and i needed to pick it up. But everytime i went to pick it up chris was always test driving it or it was at the other shop. Try picking up on a friday and was told that it needed to be wash and they felt embarrassed to return my truck all dirty. So they asked for more time, so i gave them into tuesday. All that time for nothing truck is still not riding correct. The second day I took it for work it broke down on me. Call the place and told them what had happened they told me chris was going to call me back. Never got a call back from chris or anyone else. That's not the way to run a business.

Had a tire that went flat. Tried several places and nobody had my size tire. El Paisa had the size I needed. They got me in and out. Nice people, quick friendly service.

I came here to get some used tires. And they guy is like you need to replace this that here and there. I'm like the car is running perfectly fine. No noises suspension is good. I feel like this place is one of those that damage parts on purpose just to get another job.

Sinceramente no vuelvo a regresar, me hicieron muy mal trabajo. No voy a dar muchos detalles sobre mi experiencia, pero con ellos perdí días de trabajo, mi tiempo y todo para que. Mi carro aun sigue con el mismo problema que disque ellos arreglaron, no puedo decir que los recomiendo pero gracias por su atención.

I had a flat and was helped by Caesar, he was extra helpful and informative . He gave me options and servied my car quickly and the price was reasonable . So happy with their service .
