Bad customer service, refused to give refund after providing the wrong service

Had a flat tire and they took that extra step to help me out. They don’t offer that service but they came out and help me, I really appreciate their generosity specially because it was very cold and other tire shops around me were close. FYI By accident I selected wrong percentage of gratitude they fix and refund my money. Really recommend this place for service especially if it’s early !!!

Horrible customer service. Overcharged amount by hundreds. Manager promised to Zelle the difference if the refund didn’t show within 3 days. When trying to get Zelle because the refund didn’t show up, management refused to help. Horrible customer service. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Awful awful experience.

I’m seeing we all have similar reviews with them over charging ! Reporting you guys to the BBB you guys are just scamming and trying to take advantage of people !!! They blocked my Zelle from requesting my $ back I was promised !

Overcharged me $600. Told me they were going to zelle me back and then refused to because I wrote them a bad review because one of the tires I bought from them went flat less than 2 days after I got them. Shout out to Diana

Had a great experience at El Paisa Tires. I needed a new tire and they walked me through my best options and price. I ended up getting two new tires and the customer service was excellent. Maria Elena was great to work with. If you’re in need of a tire repair or new tires I recommend you stop by El Paisa tires. Excellent service

Ase 8 meses compre 4 llantas para mi ford f150, me ayudaron a conseguir mis llantas ami gusto y una instalación rápida ademas tambien me atendieron amables mente y pacientes en en entender lo que el cliente busca y eso me gusto, hoy estoy en busca de 4 rines sin pensarlo les llame y siguen siendo preofecinales en todo buen servicio por eso yo los recomiendo y pongo 5 estrellas 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Llame para pedir precio por 2 llantas y me dijeron que $80 cuando llegue las pusieron y me cobraron $140. Nunca regresaré a este lugar donde conscientemente que te roban y después se hacen tarugos dándote excusas baratas!
