These guys are great. My family has taken our cars to them several times. Never had to return for the same problem because they got it right the 1st time. My son needed a door handle replaced. The dealership tried to install the one he purchased but said it didn't fit. We stopped by El punch the mechanic installed the same door handle less than 20mins and the cost was way less than the dealer. The only negative is it is hard to reach them by phone alot of times but I think it's because they're super busy and the owner also helps his mechanics work on the vehicles.

These guys went above and beyond to replace my turbos on my Infiniti. The price was very affordable. So if your looking for a good mechanic look no further cause they are the best at what they do. You can thank me later.

I brought my truck here to replace the whole engine. These guys did a magnificent job and covered every detail. My replacement engine works well and my truck has a new life again, and so much cheaper than replacing the whole truck! Thanks guys for such great work!

TIMING VARIABLE SOLENOID. They did a great job on my 2013 VW CC turbo. All other shops over charged me or wanted to charge me $800-$2500 just to look at my timing issue. El Punch gave me an honest diagnostic on my vehicle and a reasonable price. They outclassed all the other shops with their honesty and quality work. My motor was knocking really bad and I had an extremely rough idle causing a multitude of timing related codes. My check engine light is no longer on. They told me that they simply wanted to be paid for their work and they did just that. They have a lifetime customer with me.

I would just like to take this time to Express my thoughts and opinions about this shop every time that I have taken my car down to this place, They never seems to amaze me.The price was reasonable,for me.They always Do a excellent job on my car. I have never had any problems with none of the work that they have done for me in the past. Even up until now, they put a alternator in they did some suspension work. Whatever they did, it was great and I will be coming back and yes, I do recommend this shop. God bless you guys keep doing what you do I will continue to do business with you guys🙏🤛

Had to bring my truck back 2 weeks after repair, dropped off vehicle at 9 by 4:30 they hadn't touch my truck. Had my wife to stop by because they don't answer the phone and I asked what's going on, he asked me where are my keys? 👀 So I arrived to the shop shortly after the call to find my truck with the hood up but no mechanic around. After knocking on the garage door he comes to asks , what? Then replied "part just arrived I'm eating". Just fix my truck so I can go. Never will I use or recommend this place to anyone, way too unprofessional and disrespectful.

We heard good things about this place and finally tried them. Seems like they are willing to tackle the really hard things others do not want to deal with. All n all they did the hard work. Only took one extra day. Got the very difficult job done and the vehicle is doing great so far. Stop by and see what they may be able too do for your vehicle. May be well worth your time. Called El Punch and they quoted $1850 for a engine replacement with a 30 day warranty! I heard $2k-$3k from everyone else… They requested half down and ordered the part . They towed the car to their shop at no additional cost! They had the car for about 4 days and placed an engine in it. We got the car back and it started leaking from the motor same day. We called them back and they were so professional and reasonable! They told us to bring the car back and we brought it the next day and they had it for another 2-3 days . We have been driving the car for about a week and no issues since. Thank you El Punch you guys did an amazing job very quick, professional and reasonable.

I came there after the flood happened I tried to get through some water in my engine seized up. They gave me a quote that was like half as much as anyone else for the exact same engine everybody else was trying to sell me. They told me 2 weeks and had it done in one. Very courteous nice guys I definitely guarantee you aren't going to get nothing better than going to El punch. I will be returning for any kind of work I need done.

Best in town. I was quoted a price a price of $2500 at a well known shop on Lindbergh. These guys did a fantastic job putting in my transmission for$450 in less than 4 hours. I'm sending my business to them. Thanks. You guys rock

Daniel and his crew are great. Honest hard working and very knowledable. We had to have a manual transmission replaced with clutch an all. I called all over St.Louis with the best estimate being almost 5 grand and all the way in southwest county. Daniel said no problem he got it changed and back in top shape in just under a day once the replacement had arrived. He did all of the above plus finding the used transmission. Thats no easy task mind your as it is a manual stick shift. So they are not to easy to source. The first supplier sent him an automatic that set him back about one week on the wait time but once the supplier sent the correct transmission he had it in and ready to go the next day. I suggest you stop in or give him a call before you call anywhere else. Oh and by the way if you call and get his voicemail he does call back promptly. GREAT job El PUNCH!
