Gusto always gives 5 star service. He took care of a flat that I had also when I’m low on air I just pop over and he doesn’t want to charge me and he even changed my license Plates when I Received the new ones. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the best customer experience I have ever had at any business this city! I had a flat and somehow lost the wheel nut key while I was putting on the donut. Not only did Justo spend a long time helping me look for it, he held onto the tire for me for several days while I found a replacement. He then gave me an incredibly cheap price for the change and took care of everything. Incredible service!!!

Went to another tire shop that rushed me out the door with a leaking plug. Came here and got fast and proper service at reasonable pricing. Took time with my wheels so no curb rash. Highly recommend.

Friendly fast service at a good price. The Aztec King found the reason I had a slow leak in two tires and fixed it quickly, all at a very reasonably price, and threw in a tire rotation for free.

I did not have a run flat on my left tire and I drove 4 slow blocks and this place saved my life with a tire. If your down bad come here they will wait until you arrived before they closed! Thank you guys again 🙏🏼

I stopped by this amazing tire shop today at 482 4th Avenue in Brooklyn looking for a tire. I was very impressed with the service I received. I left there a happy customer. The gentleman was very patient with me and I got my tire for an excellent price. 5 stars to El Ray Azteca Tire shop.

Justo helped us out in a pinch. Traveling into the city we caught a flat. We looked up a shop and found him. Though they did not have the tire we needed at this shop Justo called their other shop and had one brought over. Took a walk to chase bank on 5th Ave made it back and waited no more than 10 mins and the car was done. This was at 7pm on a Saturday night. Also price was fair for what I got, I would definitely recommend.

I brought a wheel for my scooter to replace a tire. The wheel has already been removed, only the tire needs to be changed. he said $25 and then it would be $40. scammers. I should have picked it up and gone to another store, my mistake.

Gusto was honest and fair. Highly recommend. My tire was plugged twice at another tire repair shop and after a few weeks started leaking both times. He suggested a patch, took his time, and really did it right.

Hit a pothole and tire wouldn't hold air over the next couple of days. Went to Danny's on 4th ave at 6PM before a snowstorm. No waiting, Miguel had the wheel off in a minute and quickly identified the problem-the rim was cracked. I saw it. No question. He zipped off on a scooter with the rim, welded it somewhere, was back in 45 minutes, had the tire back on the car and I was parked near home before 7PM. $130. Fair price? I have no idea. But the fellas were polite and professional, and I can't imagine anyone else fixing the problem faster or better at 6PM before the snow hit.

Nail was closer to edge he says it is not fixable. I told him use plug he kept saying it will be temporary. Whatever I accept it. It has been a few weeks everything is good. All he tried to sell his used tire for $150
