Awesome Shop, Vic was very personable and offered me water while I waited on my oil change. I’m from out of town so I was a bit unsure about taking my car in but the service was excellent and at a fair price. 5/5 if you’re looking for trustworthy people and a fair price this the place!

Victor was very helpful Reliable informative and very patient with me I had to pick my car up from his dealership so I had to drop my car off at the White marsh store and I realize he was there and he gave me a ride back to the shop so I didn’t have to wait for Reuben to live with my car back to the shop because it has all these new electronics I wasn’t familiar with how to use them he took the time out to sit and show me how to use the apps in my car. Very anointed young man I would highly recommend getting a shot

Elation auto is highly recommended! I took my car in for engine problems.. I got a very fast turn around time with my vehicle, Very good customer service starting from the big boss to all his employees.. I was being updated on all parts and services being done on my car! they take majority of makes and models!!! I have a Honda Civic Type R and they did a fenomenal job! Definitely take your car for service to this shop

Went twice to get my car maintenance and issues fixed and was amazed. The customer service was top tier. Vic and his team explained everything , worked quickly and efficiently, and had very reasonable prices. Office is clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend to family and friends!

You can look no more. If you have a problem with your vehicle this is the place to bring it. The staff is warm , friendly and they know what they are doing when it comes to car or truck repair. This was my first time using this business and I was pleasantly surprised. This is the only place I will come to or use from this day forth.

I have had a bad relationship/experiences with mechanics. Coming to elation auto I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and fair prices. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or lied to. They found the problem and fixed it, didn't try to sell me on any unneeded services. I HIGHLY recommend victor and his team. FAIR, HONEST, and EXCELLENCE would be how I describe elation auto.

Love this place the owner always answers my calls and fits me in for any service I need this is my go to place great work and very reasonable pricing. If you’re looking for inspections as well this is the place!!! Overall I will continue to visit.

Went here for a oil change but aways wanted to know what was this nose I was hearing in my steering wheel., Now I then took my car to BMW Towson and they couldn’t figure out what it was but when mr.victor was doing my oil change. He noticed one of my ball joints have gone bad. He fixed it and now I’m riding great !! Thanks !!

Great place! They aren't here to hustle you or scam you, just honest guys who do good work based on my visit. I chatted with the owner while there and you could see he takes pride in the place and what they do. Definitely worth checking out if you need your car fixed!

Victor and his team are absolutely amazing. They are professional, trust-worthy, and accommodating. They really view their customers as people and not just broken cars or a paycheck. As a woman, I am always weary of mechanics looking to take advantage of me, but I NEVER have issues with this place, and I always receive fair price quotes, and super fast service. If you are looking for kind, trustworthy, competent/knowledgeable people, this team is your best bet!

Who’d ever think honest and mechanic would go in the same sentence? At Elation it does! I’ve taken my vehicles to be serviced there for a few years now and won’t go anywhere else. Great customer service and solid repairs, knowledgeable, and fair pricing. He’ll address the issue at hand and NOT try to tell you a million other things are wrong with your vehicle when there’s nothing else wrong. I’ve recommend family and friends to take their vehicles to him also. Try the brother out for your next repair. You can thank me later.

Had a wonderful experience here, team was efficient, professional, and accommodating. I came here for a state inspection and the shop entrance was clean, newly renovated, and had an area for me to set up with my computer to work while the car was being worked on. Owner and staff were very nice, would recommend to any in the area.
