Excellent service and repairs on my Toyota Tacoma. Excellent customer service, as well. Electric Lab offers rides home to customers as well as pickup after their vehicle is ready and the waiting room is very comfortable with free coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks available. I NEVER have had to bring my truck back after the terrific mechanics at EL have worked on it. I will never go anywhere else. *My service manager now understands that I prefer to speak with him and not be notified by text if something is flagged during a regular maintenance service. I want to keep my truck in excellent running order so I always want those flagged items discussed with me and taken care of immediately. That was not always understood.

I called Electric Labs about getting a brake flush in my electric vehicle. Kyle was great and, once he verified that their technician could do it, I took my car there. The shop was spotless and the waiting room was stocked with drinks and very comfortable. Kyle arranged to have a driver take me home and then pick me up when my car was ready. The driver was very personable and professional. I received text messages that kept me up to date on my car’s progress. I would highly recommend Electric Labs for your automotive needs.

I took my car in for repair on it not starting. They had it for over a month. Could not resolve the problem.charged me $426 for non repaired car. $100 for it to be towed to another repair shop. I brought it back and opened the trunk to find none of my electrical parts were put back and my rear wing is inoperable. This is the worse repair I have had to pay for in my life from Electric Lab. I can't believe Electric Lab did this and charged me for it.

Electric Laboratories professionals Highly skilled automotive technicians.They stand by their word and work. thank you Kyle and All technicians 🚘🔧 10/4/24 My 08 saturn needed repairs due to age, wear and tear of the vehicle. Iam so fortunate to have been referred to electric labs @ blackstone/Sierra. Again kyle and his team came through for me, so professional and caring, keeping me updated every step of the process. Richard the service manager went above and beyond to help me. The repairs were done. I’m back on the road and I am enjoying my vehicle more now than ever thank you thank you. Great job 👏

I have a 2023 Cadillac Lyriq electric…it is a great car..the only problem is that the Fresno Cadillac service department is the worst I have ever delt with in my 60 years of driving..I decided to try Electric Labs…What a difference ..John is a great service manager and he made me feel welcomed and valued ..car was out when they said it would be …Outside of warranty work I will be going back to Electric Labs for all my service calls

I towed my car in and explained we were in a rush because a family member was vomming into town. Dropped it on Thursday evening no call all day Friday so I called John. He said someone quit and he is backed up, understandable if he would have said this in the beginning I would have taken it elsewhere. He assured me he would call first thing Monday morning......NOTHING! NOTHING UNTIL TUESDAY AFTERNOON. NOW THE STARTER IS OUT AND NOTHING WAS EVER WRON WITH THE STARTER? I JUMPED IT WITH A CABLE BEFORE TAKING IT IN. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND A GOOD HONEST SHOP?

It is my opinion, these days, that Customer service is most oftenly at a bare minimum, if that. I give Electric Labratory a 5 Star in Customer service! Nick, was the person that assisted me throughout the process of getting my car diagnosed. His Customer service was TOP NOTCH! He explained thoroughly, answered every question I had with importance, assured me that I was at the right place, and more. I felt valued as a customer from beginning to end. Thank you Nick! Very unsatisfied had the car for two days just to fix license plate $400 to look at it $800 after they gave me a total price, they called me back and said there’s more problems it’s gonna be another 800 to fix a light to fix it to get the certificate for DMV light and brake inspection. They said they were going to check everything before they inspected it at electric labs it failed, they said my tail lights were cracked. The front strut was bad. The rotors were worn. End up spending 1900 to fix two lights no certification for the DMV I wouldn’t recommend electric laboratories to anybody please go somewhere else

Electric Lab. Stood behind their work, no questions asked. A manufacturer defective part failed , a lot of work to change , they just did it. I’ve been a lot of places that want you to pay another diagnostic fee or something like that. They’re going to be my go to auto repair from now on.

Had my car diagnosed at another shop & they were unable to complete the diagnostic & only charged me $40 way less than the normal charge. Battery, starter, alternator were good. they referred me to Electrical Lab in case it was electrical. Took my car in at 8 am the next day & I had to call at 4 pm since no one reached out to me all day. Employee was explaining the “problems” & since I was on a break I told him to send me everything in writing which he agreed I would receive in 30 mins. I didn’t receive anything until the next morning at 11:30 am. They said my alternator was bad & was reading <12 V ( alternator was less than 2 yrs old), starter most likely needed to be condemned but alternator needed to be replaced 1st. (bought starter on 7/1/24, today is 8/30/24), battery was bought 5/2024. When I went in to pickup my car he was surprised that I did not want the alternator replaced. I went straight to O’Reilly’s & alternator was reading at 14.4 Volts. Was told There’s nothing wrong with your alternator, starter or battery. Which was already confirmed by the 1st shop. So this was the 2nd confirmation . I do need the engine Valve Cover replaced ( that was not an issue of the problems the car was having ) & they wanted $700 To replace it. I bought it on my own for $80. So I ended up paying Electrical Lab $425 for diagnostic help & got nothing in return for it. This is not a good start with me since I could’ve been a loyal customer & in turn referred many potential customers since I am in constant contact with the public. *** I will be asking the referring shop to please not refer their customers to Electrical Lab. FYI: DO NOT underestimate a woman with car problems.

electric lab and I had a huge misunderstanding. Richard called in hopes to better understand why I was not satisfied with the services. Unfortunately I did not understand the service being offered, and chose a service I did not need. The shop handled the situation with tact and offered to reevaluate the car to better suite my needs. Ultimately, the shop did what they said they were going to do, and end the end, made it right by me in such a way that I chose to edit the review to reflect their services better. Thanks Richard.

Checked in with agent. Didn't finish my sign in. He answered phone. Chatted with and set up app with that person .Then finished with my appointment. No appologies . Then he proceeded to show me fuel induction material. My car has only 35000 miles No problems I feel part of his job was to upsell. .

Very helpful he did a new starter that was repaired repair to the air conditioning coolant new battery. Problem found in the engine so that has to get solved. Someday Electric laps could not do it and I think I’m gonna end up getting another car but they were so helpful.

Called Electric Lab for air conditioning work. I had been to two different shops and was told they could not repair my car. I went to the dealer, they acted like they were not concerned with my business. Electric Lab acted like they wanted my business. I had them do the job. They did what they said they would do, repaired my car. I would go to them again for any repairs.
