Had my car towed to this location a few minutes after closing. The gentleman were nice enough to get the code on my check engine light and resolve the issue without too much fuss. Really appreciated that I didn’t have to stay in a hotel since I was far away from home. Thank you so much!!!

Elevate Automotive truly went above and beyond in assisting us. My wife and I were driving from Plano to Waco when the TPMS tire light illuminated on our vehicle. They promptly addressed the issue and ensured that we were able to continue our journey without further inconvenience. It was one of the most exceptional displays of customer service that I have encountered in a very long time.

We came here on a recommendation from our local tire shop for an oil leak on our Chrysler Pacifica. The crew at Elev8te are fairly priced, honest about the necessary work, time it will take, and quick. We’ve lived all over the country, and shops like this are a rare find. They are professional in every sense of the word and I’ll be bringing every vehicle we have to them any time it needs work.

Called for an estimate. Gave a fair quote (much less than other shops) Set an appointment to have a new radiator installed. I had to wait since I had no ride back home. If I tell you these young men had me in and out in 1 hr. Amazing. I always used Chucks, and since they closed had to find another shop. This is my new repair shop. THANKS GUYS

took my 1963 c10 in to get a gear changed in the rear end, but after all didn’t need it, they tweaked a few things on my truck, saved me money I didn’t need to spend, the truck runs great now! thanks brian at elevate!

BIG thanks to Bryan who helped yesterday with an emergency drop in after running over a metal ladder on I35 while traveling to Dallas. He was able to remove the damaged shroud and even checked out the underside to make sure it was safe to continue our trip. And stopped what he was in the middle of doing to get us taken care of. We were in and out in about 20 minutes. Thanks again Bryan! We truly appreciate you dropping everything to help get us back on our way!

I can't say enough about the crew at Elevate - my family was on a road trip last week and started having engine heating issues - it was the Friday afternoon before the 4th of July weekend and Elevate was the only shop of 25-30 I called that would lend a hand on a moment's notice. We limped the vehicle in there and they spent 30-45 minutes looking at the vehicle, reading the engine codes and talking to me about it and then I was on my way. They were extremely friendly, helpful and honest, they brought great relief to such a stressful situation - we highly recommend Elevate and will send anyone we know in the Waco area their way - thank you again Elevate!

I had been hearing this noise when I would brake but I had it looked at twice and no one could figure it out. A friend recommended this place to me. The guys were so nice and figured it out in less than 30 minutes. We had a good laugh at what the noise really was. Will definitely take my car back when it needs it.

I was referred here by Texas Welding, who has all of their work trucks serviced at this shop. I communicated with Brian during the time my car was inspected at the shop. Brian was very knowledgeable and straightforward about the issues that my vehicle was having and gave me a solid price estimate. He gave me a rundown of all of my potential options of how to have the repairs done, and I was pleased with the service. I highly recommend this shop for their expertise.

Bryan was very helpful and friendly, office was very clean and neat. I went in for an oil change and the pricing was fair. I asked the gentleman doing the work to also take a look at some other things that may be next on my list, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I took my vehicle to Elevate with a suspected oil leak. I've had bad experiences with other shops in the past so I'm always a little nervous taking my car somewhere new. They identified the problem quickly and gave me a quote. I appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions about the repairs. Their prices are very reasonable and I'll definitely be bringing my car back here in the future.

They did work on my husband's truck. Finished the job in one day, not over-priced, and very informative along the way. We picked the truck up and next day 2 hose clamps went bad causing issues. He paid for the tow truck to pick my husband's truck up and bring it back to his shop so he could see what was wrong with it. If it would have been something else, we would have paid him back for the tow bill. We aren't those people. But great shop overall. Best mechanic experience we have had in awhile. We will definitely use them again!
