I really appreciate Eliot’s Complete Auto Repair for their honest, no-nonsense approach. Eliot is attentive and never tries to up-sell, only recommending what’s necessary. 5 Stars for Eliot all day long! We called Eliot on a Monday in complete panic, both previously functioning vehicles went out of commission over the weekend, and a new week was starting!! Based on prior experiences elsewhere, I began my call almost pleading for Eliot to take a look at at least one of the cars before the end of the week. To my surprise, Eliot responded that the one may be an easier fix, but that he would take a look at both and report back to us at the latest a day after I initially called. It felt like I was dreaming! We struck gold trusting other reviews here before we contacted Eliot. He put up with me being a young lady who's dad also wanted to also know what was going on, and quickly repaired our Subaru and Jeep! Prices were very reasonable, even "see if there's an eBay auction" Dad approved! Even more impressive is the turn around time to replace the intake on my car, and a set of brakes on my partners, there were 0 instances of an upcharge for labor happening here. I am not exaggerating when I say we were wrapped up with both cars by Wednesday after calling on Monday (due to parts needing to be shipped in)! With no vehicles usable for work, we were fingers crossed purchasing a new car wouldn't make it to that week's tasks, and without Eliot's help and knowledge of both vehicles, there is no way we would have figured this out. We never had an even stressful conversation with Eliot or Carlos throughout this entire experience, and that is saying a lot given that we were confined to walking back and forth to his shop that first day! In addition to the original fixes, Eliot made sure to follow up with us both after we put the cars back to use, and quickly resolved the issue when a light started coming up on my partner's car that made us weary all over again! Since our experience with Eliot, we have been bragging left and right about finding a good mechanic that is also so close to home. A HUGE shoutout to everyone at Eliot's auto for assisting us during a real "crunch time"! :)

I don’t live in the area, but I needed a repair shop close by when my brakes started to grind. Eliot got me in right away and within 24 hours the job was done in addition to an oil change and some other small maintenance I needed done. Very affordable pricing and very friendly service- he even texted me a week later to follow up on the job. I recommend them to anyone for jobs big and small! Thanks Eliot! 😊

My car broke down on me and I google Eliot auto shop. Elliot was so polite and sent over a tow for a reasonable amount. My car was in Elliot for a few days and after the repairs it was riding like new! Thanks again

Went in for an oil change. They were upfront about how pricing worked and had my car ready very quickly. I also had my brakes checked and they not only didn’t charge for the labor but were honest and said the brakes didn’t need replacing yet.

Great experience here. I was a bit nervous about taking my car to a new shop, but I'm very glad I found this place. Eliot even followed up a few days later to check that everything was still working. You can tell he genuinely cares about being fair and honest and doing a good job. I will happily recommend Eliot's to others!

I came into Eliot’s because my check engine light was on and my car had been shuddering when I stopped and idled. Eliot took my car on the spot, and called me with a diagnosis only a half hour after I dropped it off. He had the parts delivered and the car fixed a few hours later. I was stunned at how quickly he was able to service my vehicle. From start to finish, Eliot was transparent and easygoing about the service and pricing. No upselling, and he was incredibly thorough in his work on my car, even checking back a few days later to make sure the problem was fixed and the car was running well. As a woman walking into a garage, I always hold my breath a bit because of past experiences, but Eliot made me feel comfortable with the service and the care they were going to show my vehicle and his professionalism and friendliness were top notch. This place is my new go-to spot for all future repairs and maintenance.

Wanted an oil change before weekend trip. I had never been to Eliot’s , but took a chance and called him. Told me if I could drop my car, he would get it done, no problem. Dropped my car and he called less than an hour later to tell me it was done! He seems like a nice man and all is good with my car. I will go again.

I came to him with an issue of my brakes being soft he looked at them called to let me know they needed to be adjusted,(the rear brakes.) He he did that, he flushed the brake system ,changed to brake fluid my truck,now stops perfectly! I couldn't be happier with this guy his communication was excellent he did nothing until I gave him the okay.

My A/C started putting out warm air just 2 days before a 12-hour drive. I was able to make an appointment right away. With car problems that usually cause stress - the entire process from drop-off, maintenance, and pickup was swift and professional. The price for the maintenance was a pleasant surprise from pervious experiences elsewhere. I’ve walked by Eliot’s almost daily but have never needed to stop in. I will be back for not only any possible A/C issues in the future but also for any automotive needs or maintenance. Thanks for the great service! I would recommend Eliot's to everyone!

A good friend recommended Elliot to me and I've been using him exclusively for maintenance and a repair I had for about 3.5 years. I trust his 30+ years of experience and value the relationship such that when I do have a problem, I will already have someone I trust that is not going to hijack my wallet. I just had Elliot's upgrade my headlights and the job came out great, very happy! I am always asking about my brakes. He gives me an honest answer, "...still good...". He does not participate in the "parts torpedo" and overselling stuff that is not needed. In the long run, you will save money and your car working with Eliot!

Eliot has been my go-to auto mechanic for 25 or so years; he is close to me and is prompt in his service. Thanks to his maintenance of my 2 Honda Accords, I haven't had to spend outrageous amounts for repairs. I have recommended other car owners to seek him out and I believe they have been satisfied.

Eliot was quick to assess my car, brought me over to show me the problem for myself, got the parts and completed the repair quickly. It cost much less than the first place I got a quote from. He also checked in a few days later to make sure it was still working. Two different friends recommended Eliot’s and I’ll be doing the same.

I have used Eliot’s Complete Auto Care for many years for my different cars. I have never been disappointed with the work. I just had an oil change and installation of a new battery. It was simple to make an appointment and the work was done quickly and efficiently while I waited. Eliot and his very professional mechanic, Carlos, are extremely knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend them for any auto needs. Best of all, Eliot is honest and prices are reasonable.

Had my catalytic converter stolen and was able to take it in day of. Eliot is very nice and helpful. It took a few days to get all the parts for the car, and in the meantime he kept me updated on everything so that I always knew what was going on with my car. I am very reliant on my car and get extremely stressed whenever anything goes wrong, but I felt very at ease knowing it was in good hands. He was straightforward and honest, and answered any questions I had. I usually take my car to the VW dealership, but needed a place nearby and found this one. I hope not to have any further car troubles anytime soon, but if so, I would definitely go back to Eliot.
