Great customer service. Communication is A1. They also have a shuttle with for a mile range. Cozy place to relax if you choose to wait inside.

I went there to get my car fixed when it wouldn't start. There were some delays, but they freely gave the results of their inspections and gave accurate price estimates for their work. Eddie Alvarez was very patient with me asking for status updates, gave clear explanations on any problems the vehicle had, and reported any delays quickly. I was very satisfied with their service, and the car has been running well for over a week.

This place is very thorough with your car’s inspection. They’d also take pictures so you can visually see the problem areas. Eddie was amazing. He did not make me feel as though I need to rush and get everything done at once. He went more in detail to explain what was most important to keep my vehicle in good shape. Eddie even went the extra mile to print out a price list of everything needed so that I may have an estimate. Any questions or concerns I’ve had, Eddie answered. I will definitely continue to get my car serviced here!

This was my inaugural visit to Elite. I visited for an oil change. I was pleasantly taken aback by the impressive appearance of this establishment. Upon entering, it exudes a dealership atmosphere. The splendid lounge ensures a high level of comfort during the waiting period for your vehicle. I was welcomed by Eddie, an exceptionally amiable individual with a commendable level of professionalism. Following the oil change, he elucidated the areas requiring attention on my car and presented visual evidence. What resonated with me the most is his lack of inclination towards upselling any additional services. Definitely, iam going back again

Eddie did a great job with handling everything that needed to be done with my car. He was very professional and courteous. I’m very impressed with their work and customer service. They gave me a great understanding of what needed to be fixed on my car, for most mechanics will say anything to get a dime out of you. I love work done to my work and as well as they vacuumed my car and washed it. Again this morning place is awesome.

Great customer service. Went in to check wheel balance. Shop is clean and office personnel and shop technicians are extremely nice. Thank you Jan Meza and Alex for your help. They do horrible work, but if you have to make the bad decision to take your car here, please don't deal with Reggie he has no experience, and he will tell you what you want to hear, but not what's really going on with your vehicle
