Our car had a starter issue, so we called AAA for a tow and decided on Elite Auto Solutions due to their central Dallas location and their willingness to accept our car during a thunderstorm. Our service consultant, Raul Cruz, was incredibly patient and transparent, thoroughly explaining the issues with our car and answering all our questions. On the day of pickup, Raul even stayed after hours so we could retrieve our car, which we really appreciated. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and we’d highly recommend Elite Auto Solutions!

Everything went well , small misunderstanding because I wanted my dashboard fixed as well although the main issue was taken care of , they ,were honest about the time frame and put me in a nice rental car doing the process 😀

I used to go to the Lexus dealership who charged me so much more money. Elite Auto is so much quicker with the service even. They are very professional and helpful and my 17 year old Lexus LS 460 now runs like new.

Very poor customer service. The manager lack people skills and looks like have a prejudice when judge situations. I took my GMC Youkon to do the State Inspection, they ask for insurance, vin number and number plate. The so called manager David Nguyen start the test, proceed and conclude the test, yes communication so ever- he did not say nothing. He waited until everybody- customers- to leave the office and then told me I have to fail your car because of the tire. I said to myself after wait all this time that’s what he has to say to me. Then he said change the tiers and come back. I told him I would not come back. I am straight. He was able to provide for all other customers and reject to provide communication or customer service on my case. The manager thought that failing my truck he would sell his own tire to me. He thought that failing my truck he would charge me another 25 dollars for state inspection. I was expecting some one that has the decency to say please go and change your tire because your test will fail. Integrity, values, moral, are the structure of a business. If a business lack integrity should not be operating. Prejudice shouldn’t be allowed. Someone cannot be manager, owner and inspector or state inspector. State Inspector should operate under ethic principles not under owner umbrella.

Went in to get a verification of a leak and the severity, as the dealship notified me towards the end of a routine visit. These guys did a great job catching a different leak that was potentially the route cause leaking onto the more expensive area. The power steering pump needed to be replaced meanwhile the toyota dealership didn't bother considering that even though they changed the power steering fluid and caught a leak somewhere. The dealership just jumped the gun to the most expensive maintenance work they could come up with. After EAS inspected and replaced the power stearing pump, EAS then cleaned up the area around it to ensure we could track if there was a continued issue on the part the dealership noted, rather than just immediately saying more work needed to be done. All in all I'd say these guys at EAS know what they are doing and have their customer's interest in mind. They can consider me a repeat customer from now on. They also were able to share a video of the issue even though I could not be there while they worked on it.

As a woman, I sometimes feel nervous about having my car serviced. I will absolutely be going back to Elite Auto Solution in the future - everyone I interacted with was so professional and kind. I felt like a priority while I was there, and they didn’t make me wait long at all. Highly recommend!

I gotta say, being a woman, standing in an Auto shop...I expected the dreaded condescending rhetoric....To my surprise, this man was respectful and didn't try to take advantage of me.
