Walked in without an appointment, told them my problem and said they would get right on it considering I live almost 3 hours away. They gave me a ride to my hotel and back when my truck was done. Very friendly owner and techs. Highly recommend auto service and I will use them again. Thanks Elite Autoworks!!!!!

I was on a road trip and I was 30 miles outside of Sioux Falls, when my dashboard lit up with all kinds of warnings. Made it to my hotel and read all of the messages off of my car... It said I had no brake fluid and needed new brake pads. Of course it was Sunday so there was nothing I could do about it. After my appointment on Monday, I started calling places to help me. Justin returned my call and took me right in because I had to drive the over 300 miles back to Kansas City that day. He looked over my Mini Cooper, advised me that I had brake fluid which means that Firestone dropped the ball when I had maintenance done before my trip. He said I did need front brake pads. I asked if he could do it, so I could finish up my trip. He had to order my pads and to hasten the process instead of waiting for them to be delivered, he jumped in his car and went and picked them up. They fixed my brakes, reset the sensors for no charge and then did the extra tweak on my tires after they did the brake test drive. I was so grateful for him fitting me in, for being honest about what needed to be done on my car and going above and beyond to make sure that I could continue my trip safely. So if you need work done to your unique car, definitely call this shop! They are very nice and very good at what they do! Thank you!

I had Justin repair my car by putting in a new power steering pump. I learned of him from a neighbor who had take her car there, well, I was totally happy with his work and am going to have him do all my car repairs when needed! I just love how thorough Elite was when trying to fix another shops failures. Really great owners. ANYONE that has something bad to say about them clearly does not know them. Also, they are being childish trying to ruin their business by leaving poor reviews. Maybe someone should be sued for defamation of character!!!!! Not to mention he has an A rating with the BBB!

I recently went in to get my oil changed and new brakes. They were extremely professional and very efficient. Not a detail missed and even went as far as checking the air pressure in my tires! love this place! We need more local small businesses with this type of dedication to their trade! Thank you again!

I had a great experience. Justin returned my call minutes after I left a message. Justin got my car in quickly, diagnosed the problem, called me with an estimate and then quickly completed the repairs. When I picked up the car Justin explain how he fixed the car in laymen terms that I could understand. I have found my new mechanic!
