Reaching out to inquire about a BMW should be a seamless experience, but alas, it felt more akin to an exercise in dental extraction—tedious and unnecessarily painful. To begin with, the representative failed to answer the phone with even the most basic semblance of professionalism, neglecting to state the business name—an elementary tenet of customer service. Instead, I found myself not only initiating but also leading the conversation, as if I were the one on payroll. “Elite” Bimmer, you say? The irony is palpable. A more accurate moniker might be Mediocre Bimmer or, dare I say, Peasant Bimmer. If engaging with customers is such an insurmountable challenge, perhaps it’s time to explore alternative career paths. This level of ineptitude is decidedly low class.

A reminder to all, ALWAYS get a second opinion. I recently had the serpentine belt replaced on my 07 BMW 525i elsewhere, and the next day after driving, my service engine light came on. Nervous about driving, I stopped by this place and a technician or owner came out. After explaining what happened, he immediately stated that it appears parts from the damaged belt may have lodged into the engine and that it would cost thousands of dollars to repair, and its best to park the car and sell it. Um…🤔 I guess because I’m a woman, he thought I didn’t know a thing or two about BMWs. It’s highly unlikely that parts of the belt would get inside the engine. Anyhoo, I called a more reputable business, and by telephone, they immediately diagnosed the problem. It was debris from the belt near the crankshaft seal. Total cost for labor and parts, less than $600. Car is running like new. I would never recommend this place, and those who choose to bring their vehicle here should always get a second opinion to make sure you’re not being misled into paying extra.

Previously got a quote from the dealership but was recommended this place through a google search Went in for service on my 5 Series as I was hearing some clicking and rattling noise when I accelerated. Dino greeted me as I pulled up and told me to wait inside as he was assisting someone else. When he came in I explained the situation and he asked for keys to diagnose and troubleshoot. I was skeptical at first but he was able to diagnose the same problem the dealership told me it was and give me a better price. I will no longer be using the dealership! I recommend this shop to anyone that wants a fair and honest service and pricing.

We've brought our BMW here for many repair work for many years. This is the only place in town we would trust to take our car to. Dino and Jessy are two very genuine people that we come to know. They helped us find the best Tesla Model S a few months ago. They've made the purchase extremly easy and painless. I have been recommending them to all of my friends and co-workers. Like I said before, they are the only auto repair shop that I would take my car to and they're also the only Tesla dealer I would go to if I want to get a good quality pre-owned Tesla.

Elite Bimmer is truly a 5 star operation run by Dino who is honest, fair, and reasonable. He specializes in BMW's I had just spent under $3k for work that included, brakes (front & rear), rotors, radiator, overflow tank, hoses, oil change, air-conditioning service, & fuel pump. Just purchased a used BMW that needed to be serviced properly at a reasonable price. I now have a safe dependable luxury car that will run for many many miles. Thank you Dino!

I had searched locally here for an independent BMW mechanic. I found Eilte Bimmer. They were close and had a good rating so I went and talk to them about an issue I had with my x5. I had a passenger restraint system light come on . dealership said it was SOS module gone bad. Dino plugged in his scanner and it showed that it was a seat pad sensor going bad. He reset everything and said good luck . I had recently replaced the battery and that may be the issue. He recommended to always buy a BMW battery. Just Wondering if I had it fixed at the dealership they would’ve come back and told me it didn’t solve the problem and then I would’ve been out more money for replacing the seat sensor or replacing the seat. Thanks to Elite Bimmer. Everything seems to be OK now .🍺

To start off, if you expect this company to open at 9am, don't hold your breath. I was there at 8:45am and there was no one there at 9:20 when I had to leave for another appointment. This company which may be good in many aspects, doesn't account for those who are capable of doing most of their own maintenance. I chose this place to try them out and all I wanted was an oil change. Nothing more, nothing less. I didn't go in and say find whatever you can and try to sell me on it. Just do the oil change. I know what's going on with my car. Too many years working on mechanical stuff. He came back with the car needing spark plugs changed out as well as the brake pads. Then went on to tell me that I couldn't change the rear pads and only qualified technicians could. Seems strange that I have done it 2 other times all by my lonesome with the right tools. I have changed my own plugs regularly and even torqued them to specs without help from a computer. All this company relies on is whatever the computer tells them and I have found that the computer can and has been wrong before and I always trust what I see smell touch and hear. The car set for over 2 hours before I finally get a notice that they wanted to do all the work for 1000.00, something I can do for about 300.00. I am actually changing the coil packs, spark plugs, brake pads front and back, and brake sensors for 443.00. granted it's my labor but well worth it. The only reason I'm changing the plugs is to verify if they were actually bad. I don't believe they are but I just did a tune on the car and planned on installing new coil packs anyway so why not the plugs as well. I received multiple texts from the company and a phone call to persuade me not to give a bad review but this isn't what I asked for. Plain and simple, I wanted the oil changed and they couldn't get that done in 2.5 hours. I had another car lined up for an oil change after the first if they would have just done what is asked... Their loss. Back to my trusted mechanic I have used for years. Update, I was inundated with text after text about how the computer is always right and and he didn't do an actual physical inspection of anything. If it's on the computer, it must always be right. Don't worry about actually physically checking anything. It's the only way he can upsale and show more of a profit because he is trying to sell the company, as he mentioned in one of the many texts I received. This is not a trustworthy company who I feel scams unsuspecting customers who may not know the mechanical aspects of cars. Buyer beware. Elite Bimmer is the only place I take my BMW and Mercedes for whatever they need. These guys have always been transparent about what is needed, what is coming and what is optional and all at fair and reasonable prices.

Communication and customer service are horrible. Tried calling this business various times to schedule maintenance and can't ever get in touch with anybody. Last time I tried texting them as their voicemail says to do that. Got a response 4 hours later and they never responded to me when I asked if I needed an appt or if I could just drop off.

Dino, I enjoyed bringing my vehicles to your shop. They have the best prices in town. He willing to work with you and goes the extra mile to make sure your vehicle is repaired to specification. They also did a transmission service, that other shop's didn't want to touch.

My check engine light went up before a trip and they took me in right away with little notice. They replaced my faulty thermostat, non-existent rear brakes, parking brake cable clip (which had been making an annoying rattling noise), cracked drive belt, and even performed A/C service; all at a fraction of the dealerships cost. I’ve been looking for a reasonable and trustworthy mechanic for a while. I’m proud to say I’ve found exactly that, here at Elite Bimmer. Dino is the man. He went out of his way to check on all points of interest, not only did he address my cars engine light concerns but he also looked into other things like the battery, the brake pads, etc. my car felt like I drove away in a brand new vehicle, noticeably so. Well done! I will be going back to elite Bimmer for all future mechanical needs on my 3 series.

Very thorough diagnostics. Repaired multiple problems at reasonable price which would have cost thousands more at dealer. Dealers in Oregon and Arizona missed major radiator leak. Appreciate explanation of bill and what was fixed. Nice to have photos of engine to better understand repairs. Busy repair shop. Would recommend.

My 2016 BMW 340i was about to go out of warranty so I took it to the dealership for any warranty and recall work that it might need. They came back with $1300 in recommended repairs (mostly this was a new battery and a park brake bracket repair). Elite Bimmer is near my home so I took it over to Dino and his team they did the same work at the same level of quality as the dealership but for hundreds less. He has a good looking shop and I felt I was in good hands the whole time. I highly recommend his shop if you are in need or BMW work.
