Gosh where do I begin! Took my mother’s car in for a state inspection and it failed. They quoted me $4600 worth of work. I declined obviously. I had mentioned I had another Lexus at home that needed a battery, they offered to follow me to my home and jump it for me to bring it in and replace the battery well that is when the hell began! They preceded to check everything and all the sudden I needed $2700 worth of work done to my vehicle. While putting in the battery they blew my whole fuse box, because they hooked up the battery wrong. One of those fuses was the alternator fuse. So needless to say my vehicle would not start. I said at this point I was going to call road side assistance and tow my vehicle to Lexus. The owner at that point instantly changed his tone with me. And started treating me horribly and would not allow me to take my car. He said I have to order some more parts and your vehicle will be ready tomorrow. With lots of eye rolling and hatefulness towards me. I said why are you giving me attitude when you are the one who messed up My vehicle. I was at the shop now 5 hours and had no choice but to come back the next day. At closing time (6pm) I was standing outside in a dark parking lot with no offer of a ride home or an Uber. Proceed to the next day and I had to call at noon for a status of my vehicle they proceed to tell me the wrong part came in and now my vehicle won’t be ready until the following day. Long story short they had my vehicle from Wednesday until 4:30 Friday! Over charged me $ 100 for a battery and I drove away from there with no backup camera , radio or air conditioning. After taking it to Lexus and spending another $300 to have the fuses replaced and a diagnostic on my vehicle Lexus has me up and running. Unfortunately Elite auto also blew my amp. So I now have no sound. I will need another $800 -$1000 to get the remaining fixed. Everything else Elite Auto quoted me in my vehicle ($2700 worth) is not needed at all! This place is a total scam . Please do not take your vehicles here as you will need thousands to fix what they messed up. Especially for the females. Run run run away and let everyone know this place is unqualified to fix vehicles and the customer service is great until they realize you are not going to give the outrageous amount of money they are telling you that you need to fix all the things that are not wrong with your car. I now will have to take the next step into getting my money back unfortunately all just to replace a battery. One positive thing I will say is the manager Brandon seemed sympathetic. And there was another young technician who was very kind to me. And apologized for all the trouble I had gone through.

Their service is fast and friendly. Plus, they wash your car/truck afterwards, so that’s a wonderful perk.

Please do not waste your time coming here extremely unprofessional no structure. They send out coupons in the mail however They will not honor them when you get there. There is no price list. They’re making up prices off the top of the head. Even if you make an appointment, what you are told on the phone is not what you will be told in person please do yourself a favor. Find a reliable place to bring your car, this isn’t it.

I have used them before the new owners took over. And I must say new management are more customer friendly and the most I like is the tyre rotation which they offer with oil change. I have got my transmission flush done here just because of their customer service. I have done all three of my car serviced here and looking to bring in my Truck soon

Awesome customer service was given to me and everyone who walked in their door. Also, their prices are very fair. It was my first time going there, because I needed an inspection for my car registration, but I'll surely be back to get my car repairs and washed.

Took my car in for an oil change. They proceeded to take my tires off and told me that I needed break pads on the front and back of my car for 599 $ a piece on a brand new car. I had to pay over a hundred for an oil change too! Then they aired up my tires to 55 psi when they were supposed to be @ 36. They could have exploded!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!! These guys are CROOKS!!!!!!

I do not recommend this place. I scheduled and confirmed an appointment with Brandon to resolve issues with their full car detail from a previous appointment. They scheduled me for Sunday at 9 am. I arrive and waited for 30 mins. No one is here. They failed to reach out regarding a change in their schedule. This proves the lack of detail like their services that they advertise. They are quick to take the money and failed to provide the services they advertise. Day light robbery.

I must say that the owners of this place are truly kind, compassionate and look for ways to help the customers out, unlike the previous owners who didn’t give a rat’s ass about anything or anyone. Assad is extremely helpful, very kind and super informative about everything being done to your vehicle and beyond. Truly a great person and a great member of this place. Despite not being able to have the funds to fix my car’s issues which were a lot, I wanna give this place 5 stars anyway. You gotta give credit where credit is due. Highly recommend it 😁

I needed a bulb for my headlight and couldn't get my hood up. The latch was stuck! I pulled in and the guys got my hood up and light bulb in. They even fixed the latch for me and made sure it would open again before I left. Thank you!!

Outstanding! Been coming here for 5 years already. They never disappoint me and they work so hard and do an amazing job at it. I will highly recommend Albert. He is an amazing mechanic. I always go to him. Edit: i think I will just come for car wash and cleaning services from now on, went to have just AC fixed and was priced at almost $2000 and I went right down the street for the same problem and what parts I needed all I paid was $400 and got it done and ready the very next day and also have warranty on the parts. This place has raised their prices a bit too much but I’ll continue the wash services nothing else. Thanks.
