Awesome shop that is very knowledgeable and cares for their customers. I highly recommend this shop if you need service done to your car. I was told in details what was the issue to my car and also informed of the best time to get the work done. Extremely professional company that you car deserves to have care for it!!!

Hi this post is showing under my son name OZ but I Carolyn am the one who takes my car to Elite Muffler. I have a C70 Volvo and it was running hot and the engine light kept coming on. I thought this was the end. Luis and his team told me to leave the car and they would figure it out. They were thorough and they didn't give up. I have my C70 Volvo back and they just finish fixing my heat. This is a long review and overdue. They have done so much work for my and my son car which was a BMW. I want to say they are honest and you can trust them. If they can't fix it they will let you know and try to recommend someone who can help you. They will not rip you off and the prices are reasonable. They are like family. I will not take my vehicles any where else. I live near Fort Mills SC and they are located off of Central Avenue. It is far but worth the drive to get the best mechanics to work on your vehicle. Luis and team thank you for always taking care of my vehicle and me.

Wow! I've never even taken the time to write a car shop review because the service is always mediocre and the wait time are long. This time deserved a review, because I was in and out within an hour after having the muffler replaced. They also found some faulty install work on the car from the previous owner and fixed it free of charge. If you need muffler or exhaust work done, stop looking and go here. They are going to go far with quality and service like this!

I would highly recommend this shop! My vehicle broke down last night I reached out this morning made an appointment. They were able to diagnose the issue and get it fixed within an hour and for a price I could not beat! I will definitely be back!

Vic and the team at Elite Muffler and auto do great work. I came in because my Audi’s intake manifold was throwing codes and engine was rough under load. They fixed her up within two days and car was driving fine, but then the issue started back up again. Turns out another part was needed, so I went back in to diagnose the problem. The second time around, they didn’t charge me for labor costs and got it done same day. Would definitely recommend Elite Muffler & Auto if you’re looking for affordable quick service.

Didn't mind the wait for my edge to get in since I came up without a appointment besides that they confirmed what was wrong with my exhaust before doing the repair, only took my guy 20min if that. Fast and effective. Also heard they do custom exhaust work too!!

BEST MUFFLER SHOP IN THE CAROLINAS!!! no question about it. these guys do phenomenal work at a fraction of the price compared to anyone else. no cut corners, no price gouging, true professionals at what they do. ive been burned by enough shops and know a great one when i experience it. my new go to mechanic. i cant recommend this place enough.👏👏👏

I found this shop on google, read their reviews and decided to give them a try. They gave me a free estimate (which was a fair price). I needed a flex pipe installed on my 20 year old Saab (I asked if they could do it right then) and they were able to fit me in. My car no longer sounds like a lawnmower! I think I found my new mechanic! I will definitely refer my friends/family.

This was my second time bringing my car to Elite and I have had great experiences both time. The owners are very nice & communicative! Explained options available as they were going along but didn’t feel pressured to do anything extra. Was able to get an appointment same day. As someone who is overwhelmed by my lack of knowledge about cars, Elite made it easy & enjoyable!

We had an exhaust pipe issue on our motorhome. We were traveling through Charlotte and found Elite. Chris looked at our issue and said he could fix it no problem! It took him less than 1 hour to remove the cracked pipe, cut a new piece, and weld it back together! Awesome! Thank you Eite and Chris. ❤️
