I am very disappointed and do not recommend people come here. Their technician was checking my tires and i watched him very carelessly whack the metal tire gauge into the side of my car. He grabbed it by the cable and not the handle and it hit the side of my car and damaged my paint in 4 different places. They sent me to a body shop and not a shop i wanted and while the repairs were okay it really needs to be repainted as still there are marks. They were only willing to polish it though. I drive a really expensive car and i have never seen someone be so careless while simply pumping a tire, i will not be back here and recommend you proceed with caution.

I was on a long road trip from my home in Texas. The folks at Elite installed two new tires and did an alignment on my Honda Accord Hybrid. They could not have been kinder and more professional. Your trust in them will not be misplaced.

DO NOT GET DIFFERENT BRAND AND DIFFERENT TREAD TIRES. (Not recommended) •Fairly priced •The owner and his dad pride themselves on great work. •Sense of urgency is there without sacrificing quality. •Sharing of knowledge is not there. The young kids they have there are just okay and do not have the same qualities as the owner and his dad. I would only do business with the owner and his dad. All in all it was a 4 star experience because the place was clean, fairly priced, and most of the workers take PRIDE in what they do. However they do not educate you when you are making a clear wrong choice. Thank you Elite.

(Look at the before and after comparison of my absolutely flat tire versus NEW TIRES which were absolutely cheaper than Costco… plus they did alignment for me as well!) Allow me to write one of good reviews for this place… honestly worth going to if you need new tires or need a patching. I was honestly devastated when I saw that my left driver front tire had a big dent on the rubber of the wheel… and this just happened after I got out of class. Thankfully, AAA came to the rescue, and the Triple A homie (his name was Carlos) referred me to this place. Very nice people and very transparent service. I’m glad I relied on the staff at Elite Tires and Custom Wheels today — not only did I get new tires, I also was in and out in an hour and a half… not even two hours and all new tires were installed on my car! They asked me what kind of tires I wanted, and they were very transparent about their prices (even did express delivery from their warehouse which, apparently, I was told, it wasn’t too far from my house). They even did alignment for free — and rotation, which they don’t do often at Costco because they’re too busy and Costco tends to have a bad reputation for overbooking reservations. They also speak Spanish too (para mi gente, este locación se habla español, creo que es más conveniente) — so that’s a BIG plus right there. I’d definitely go back again… so if you’re looking for tires, look no further than Elite Tires!

Great place ! The owner was amazing! I order some nice rino rims and tires and unfortunately the tires I ordered were to big and it was rubbing I left and called him and he said " don't worry come back and get you the correct tires " they have to uninstall all the tires and do alignment and balancing again he did not hesitate nor did he gave me a hard time ! Highly recommend this place !

The people who work here are soo nice. Misa helped me find affordable tires in my budget! Very professional and do great work. I also lost my lug nut locks keys 😭 But misa helped me get em off easy and quick. He’s super chill would recommend this shop to all who needs work done to tires or wheels! Thanks! 🤝

Very welcoming when I went in. Answered all my questions and also gave me options. Definitely didn't try to sell me the most expensive rims. They were really open to my budget and really worked with me. I was able to get financed right away. The financing part wasn't even that bad on payments if you get done in 3 months or 18 months it's really reasonable. The following day I did go in and get rims and tires on my Acura they did an amazing job! Thank you !!!!

(Español más abajo) After having an accident on the freeway and my car being un-drivable, I decided to come to this elite shop to get the best care for my car. As a college student they understood the situation and immediately helped me right away! They evaluated my car and in no time gave me the details of what my car needed and a very great estimate. Soon they added David to get my car fixed. It only took them about a day to get my car aligned and fully safe to be ready in the road! They have a clean environment with a great team that will help you with your needs! After a couple of months of driving my car after the service was made, I am happy to say that Elite Tires and Custom Wheels is the place to go! My car has been safe and running on the road; allowing me to get to school and more! They do far more than alignment and have an extensive experience on what they do and offer a lot! The manger/owner is always there to oversee that everything is well! Therefore Elite Tires and Custom Wheels is the place to get your car back up and running! :D ——— ESPAÑOL——— Después de tener un choque que no dejo q mi carro estuviera seguro para manejar otra vez, Elite Tires and Custom Wheels me ayudaron en que mi carro corra seguro y sin problemas! Had them install a lift kit. After initially calling, they were able to get me in within a couple days. Work was a great price. Actually doing the work was quick as well. Lift kit turned out great, no issues at all.

Pues yo fui a poner un rim y me cobraron $35 y pues esta mas omenos pero el alignment $80 esta mas omenos pero no dan warranty en donde quiera que he hido Dan un año de warranty para el alignment pues creo esta mal por que es lo normal dar un one year warranty. Por que si compra una llantas nuevas como va a pagar uno otra vez, pues no esta bien! Deben de dar one year warranty and alignment como todos los shops so eso le Baja Mucha reputation!!! They became in lower level because no warranty in your Job is such a bad reputation!!!
