The cashier working at Emmanuel tires is a racist and need the manager to put her in order.firstly she always spray perfume in front of customers making them feel like they are smelling.it’s really desrecptfull treating people bad most especially when they are coming to patronize you.the management should better talk to the cashier because they next time she makes me feel insulted,she will definitely have to explain that in court.if she feels like she is too big or not comfortable not comfortable with customers coming to the office to sort out their bills, it’s preferable she quit or rather apply for order position if she even has the qualifications?

Lady on the phone said it was a 2.50 fee per tire to recycle them, dude in the back tried to shake me down for 50 bucks per tire. Don’t bother with this place

Not sure of the name of the woman I spoke to on the phone but she had an attitude. I called simply to inquire if they purchased or recycled tires (per what I interpreted on the website). I was calling for clarification and information, and she immediately just had a rude attitude with her answers. Very unwelcoming. Based on the reviews I was initially going to take my tires there to recycle. However, given this kind of impression over the phone to inquire about their services, I'll continue to look elsewhere. The customer or answering services could definitely use some hospitable improvements.

This is by far the best tire shop in Baltimore. You just roll in and they will have your tires fixed within 15-20 minutes. No hassle, great prices, great service.
