Went up in there with lifted extended cab Chevy weaving and wobbling right up to the door. They got me balanced up, straightened up, back on the road in 30min. Couldn't ask for more. Job well done.

8*9*2024 Had a flat tire on Friday the 6th of September, just three days ago. I had called up and spoke with Sam. I let him know that I had to be in a different city by a certain time for work. He told me he would see what he could do and to not worry, they'll take care of me. Well, we hung up and about 30 seconds later, I got nervous and quickly sent him a text saying I would just use Fix-A-Flat, and I apologized for cancelling and thanked him for his help. Long story short, it blew up in my face. The tire, I mean. I called Sam back immediately and humbled. Haha Sam came out to me. He took the tire off, went back to the shop and came back in no time, put it on, and I was back on the road! He saved the day! Thank you Sam for everything you did for me that day. You went above and beyond and I arrived in Sonoita safely. Scares me to think of what could have happened. Embassy has always gone out of their way to assist me in every way possible. Everyone inside has amazing customer service skills & the mechanics do thorough work. Sam is great at his job & is very helpful & knowledgeable. You will not find a better tire & auto shop in Arizona, down to the best prices. Don’t waste your time at other shops & go straight to embassy for any needs.

Sam the manager was very nice sales guy although they didn’t exactly have in stock the tires I needed for my vehicle they still made arrangements for have them delivered. I decided to go with another option but as far as making you feel welcome they offer you water when you walk in lobby and ask how they can be a service to you.
