Very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want/need. Even the guys out in the bay were super friendly and took time to ask and compliment me on my truck since it's old and in very good shape.

Needed to get a tire patched up. But after noticing that the screw had gone into the sidewall it needed replacement. Was able to get a new tire and get on my way.

I had a nail in my tire and was going out of town and couldn't find anyone to get me in quickly enough. Drove onto Embassy's lot and they took me in right away, I think they were just opening. They have no idea how much I appreciate their prompt, courteous Customer Service.

Been a customer for a few years now and I am always impressed with their service and great prices. I went in for 4 new tires and was happy to know they had them in stock and were able to install them that same day.

Excellent customer service, just good hearted people. Would definitely recommend. I was on my second unexpected tire blow out of the day.... With not much cash on hand, I was turned away from a Big O Tires charging $80 just to change a tire. Keep in mind I just wanted them to switch to my extra tire.... Horrible experience!!! Anyways my day was turned around by these kind men. Again a million thanks and I will definitely be returning.

This shop has been around for years now and they have the best service yet. Good people and they know what they are doing it doesn't matter what your car needs they are more than capable of getting it done fast. It's like family there and that's how they treat you and it's what has made me continuously go back for all of my vehicles. They will always work with you and have always been able to price match. The staff is very friendly at all the locations so it's a must to stop by if you need anything for your vehicle.

Very unprofessional. I would give a zero if I could. There is warranty on the tires we received from there and there’s has been problems from day one. Have not been able to get any help and have been going back and forth. Was discriminated and laughed at by an employee. Spoke to the “manager” Kevin who was very unprofessional and allows workers to treat customers like shit. And the person that was being discriminated and laughed at is my daughter with a TBI. Will be going in to get the name of the person who was being rude and disrespectful. Do not come to this place. Highly recommend a different location. These kind of people should not be employed in a place where customers are treated this way. Going above the manager to make sure this does not happen to anyone else
