Trash, do not bother letting this guy experiment on your car, this guy playing the role of a mechanic without actually knowing what he is doing, instead of telling me he did not know how to reprogram a transmission I paid thousands for he told me after the transmission left me stranded on a trip from Tampa to Gainesville that I would have to get another transmission and have the dealership do it because he is incapable of programing it I had the Tranny for 80 days, even the brakes he changed out another Mechanic said there are clamps put back on backwards on my two front pads and calipers. Every Haitian family member thats been referred to this guy has been screwed over, don't fall for the I'm a christian trying to help bit, he is playing the role of a Mechanic and doing it badly.

I’ve brought my car here since I bought it a few years ago. Falouth and his team make me feel safe and take care of. Excellent customer service and easy communication. I know that if when my Toyota isn’t running as it should, he’ll figure out why. And if he doesn’t know the answer right away, he’s honest with me. I put a lot of miles on my car, so having a mechanic and shop that I can trust is valuable.

E Mechanic Plus recently completed several services on my 2013 Acura RDX (brakes, timing belt and tune up). The service was professional and on time. The owner, Falouth was amazing and kept me informed throughout the process. He is a mechanic you can actually trust. I will be back in the future and recommend him to family and friends.

Hands down my best experience EVER with a machenic. I’m from Atlanta and had just driven into Tampa with a friend for one night to watch a baseball game. My car had been having trouble the whole drive down and I was in desperate need of a good machenic to fix it. I got to this shop at 4:45 (they close at 5) and I was helped by Falouth. He stayed late to diagnose my problem and talk me though my options. As I was leaving the next day he said he could work on my car first thing in the morning. He ordered the parts and the next morning first thing I brought my car over and he started working on it. A little less than 2 hours later was my car was running much better! There was still a couple little parts to replace but I had to leave so Falouth told me what parts to get and how to fix it myself. He also repaired some small things and topped up some fluids for no charge. He is an exceptional man and I was blessed to have walked through his door. If you’re in the area, go here for your car repair needs!

Hands down this is the best mechanic shop in Tampa!!!! I've been living here since 2002 and everywhere I've gone, I could not find a mechanic that can do the job on my car that is as honest and fair as Falouth. He takes his time to find the problem and gets it resolved. He is all about quality and not quantity. He will go above and beyond to get your car working the way you want it to work. If you want an honest and trustworthy mechanic, GO TO HIM!!!! Plus, he doesn't charge a diagnostic check unlike others do.

I have been a customer of E-Mechanic for a few years now and I would highly recommend this body and service shop. The professionalism and the services that this shop offers has always exceeded my expectations. The convenience that the shop has been able to handle my insurance claim along with any service issues solidifies my continued loyalty to E-Mechanic. Horrible service called for a quote someone picked up and said, Yeah hello, so I asked for the quote and the man said, "Yeah no" and then just hung up. I don't recommend anyone going to his shop because if there customer service is lousy what makes you thing they'll treat your car with care.

This is a good and fair place. They don’t charge for a diagnostic on your car and the prices are reasonable. The owner was kind, patient, and understanding to us. Excellent customer service! We will be going here from now on! The service was great, they immediately found the problem and got to fixing it. Simplely perfect !
