Made my way here(5pm) and they are closed! I live 5 mins away but the 3 times I’ve pulled up nobody is ever here morning or evening! Update:The owner decided to text my phone almost 2 hrs later! I would never do business with someone this unprofessional. I left an honest review of MY experiences to help people with an emergency decide if they should chance going there. Wasn’t being nasty about it just honest.

My brother and I pulled into this tire shop on a Saturday about 12:30pm in need of a tire. We were immediately greeted and serviced with a reasonably priced used tire. A week later the tire went flat. I went back and talked with the owner, TJ and he took all of the tires off after I told him the car had been sitting for two years. He then showed me how three of the tires had cracks in them and recommended new tires. I purchased four new tires from Emergency Tire which was much more reasonable than Firestone on Candler Road. Again, a week later the same tire went flat. TJ was relentless in identifying and resolving the problem. Thank you TJ for your business acumen. You went above and beyond. You were professional and exhibited care and concern in finding and repairing the problem to my satisfaction. You have truly earned my trust and business.

I am here, needing a tire, this place looks abandoned. It is 3 am. You should check the hours listed, I was in the area in need of a tire and the listing says you are open. I was at the same location as in your picture. No problem, I made it home safe.

Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Best tire service on Candler! Went in today to get a tire patched and to get tire locks removed from my vehicle (lost the key). TJ had us back on the road quickly

The service is great here!! I just pulled up today with no appointment the gentleman there were wonderful!! I was under the impression I needed wrk on my tire rods but when I told them they inspected my car a SHOWED me the problem which was a motor mount instead.They made it very easy and affordable for me to get my car fixed today! Showed me my old parts as they put new ones on(which is very important to me)and I was in n out in no time! The customer service is excellent, went beyond to make sure I was warm and comfortable!!Thank you so much

First time here. Workers were interesting. There's a guy that looks like a burn victim, but it's a mask. He's some kind of comedian on IG. Just had my tire changed. Went in a few days later after noticing my tire had a few issues and was told by someone else, that I must've hit a curb. I explained to him that my car had been in the garage since the tire was changed. He wouldn't listen and kept trying to mansplain why my tire looked the way it did. After I told him I just purchased the vehicle, he asked for my receipt. Once I showed it to him he said there was nothing he could do, then insisted I let him uncloud my headlights. When I refused, his attitude changed. He was clearly just looking at the shape of the rims, but told me my "attitude" was the reason I didn't have a man. (We never discussed my status) Then told me that the pink paint was another sign of me hitting a curb. It just seemed as though he was looking to make money from an uninformed woman. NOT HAPPY with the tire or company. I will be back to get a refund or another tire. Check out my pics for more info

I purchased 2 front tires and paid extra for them to be balance. I noticed when I got on the hwy ( which is rare) that my vehicle was shaking horribly. I look at my tires and they’re 2 different sizes. I call and was told to come today yet Davante(worker) tried to explain to me that they were the same and refused to give me the right tires or a refund. They got over on a woman and thinks that ok. Not see y’all in court.

I went to this ripe off place today because I had a slow leak in my back tire. Turned out to be a nail in my tire. After hustle man had taken the tire off car, he quoted $20.00 for repair. Their machine was down and could not take credit or debit card. I had to go to Shell Station next-door to get cash. Went to pay for service and price went up to $25.00. Hustle man tried to say I did not hear him clearly but I know he said $20.00 for repair standing in bay area. Do not patronize this place of business. They hold your car hostage leaving you not choice but to pay quoted price. Sad this is a black owned business and this is how they treat women. 03/04/2020 The next day my tire is flat from a so called tire repair. This is a low down, no good, shady, got over, over priced, ratchet, hood rat of a business. I don't care what recording you played back. I know what I heard. Hustle Man said $20.00.

If you need great tires for an affordable price then this is the place for you!! They are very kind and knowledgeable about cars. I went in for tires; in which they informed me that I needed new brake pads and a new headlight. This information could have saved my life because I was unaware of how bad my brake pads were. I will definitely recommend them to anyone because they truly do have their customers best interest at heart!!

Stopped here to get a patch. 10 minutes after getting on I-20 low tire pressure came on. Had to stop again. This time repair was made correct and no more problems. Make sure y’all do job right the first time.

This is was my second and last time going to Emergency Tire, since Mr. Red died. The first time I went all the bays were vacant and I pulled into one. You would’ve thought I was disrupting a board meeting. All associates were sitting in chairs at one end of the building talking amongst themselves and on their phone. One gentleman finally said “what you need”, taken aback, I explained that I recently had a tire replaced (at another shop) and the weight wasn’t adhered properly & had come off and I wanted to get the tire balanced. “Well we don’t just be balancing tires just to balance them” is what I was told. Confused, I stated, sir “I’m asking what your charge is to balance a tire”. He repeated himself, I got in my car and left. Today at 3 in the afternoon on Saturday, I again pulled into an empty bay. One of the associates, same fair complexion gentleman, that was there last time was sitting in a chair to the far end. This time I needed a tire replaced and I already owned the tire. I exited my vehicle, went to the trunk and removed the tire it was at this time the gentleman murmured “we’re closed”. I wasnt surprised at the lack of customer svc this time. I asked “well, why didn’t you say that when I got out the car”. “I thought you saw the sign” is what I was told from his chair. Yes sir, I pulled into a business on a Saturday afternoon with all your bays open and doors up, exited my vehicle, removed a tire and I thought your business was closed. I patronized Mr. Red for years, he was dependable, fairly priced and just an all around good guy! Customer service is not high on the priority list now! Update: As a business owner your response is snitty, laughable & you’re an embarrassment to the very foundation of what Mr. Red built that business on. But by reading several 1 star reviews that you, thomas jenkins, have posted on several of your colleagues in tire service (Tire Kingz, Decatur Tire, Jays Tire Shop, Phillips Tire Svc, Destiney Tires and more), that I’m almost positive you haven’t received service from, I don’t expect any more of you. I shouldn’t dignify your factless comments with a reply, but they are reckless. I don’t buy stolen items, it was a tire I purchased with my new set for instances like this. Furthermore, as I stated above in my initial review, the hours I came and your hours of opearation online reflect that I came when the business was open. Also, I asked your charges sir, if you didn’t have a charge for install only you could’ve exercised your right to charge me the same price to install a tire as you would’ve had you sold me one. I didn’t need to purchase a used tire when I had a new run flat tire of my own. You’re so correct, that reading is fundamental. The name of the book is “Getting Service Right: Overcoming the Hidden Obstacles to Outstanding Customer Service” by Jeff Toister. Additionally, I believe the words you were trying to spell are *find & *else and I did. Secondary Update: I just recvd an alert that you edited your response to now include this line: “Find u something safe to play with my friend!”. I’m assuming this is meant to be some form of scare tactic, when in actuality it just further proves your unprofessional manner in which you conduct business. My advice to you is, stay off your competitor’s google reviews and the book I mentioned above is available on Amazon.
