Dropped my car off for a check up. They claimed to repair the car without any approval from me. They kept the car for months claiming I owe them $2,700 for the job in only cash. After arguing back and fourth, I proceeded to pay them and went to pick up my car. Turns out they never repaired the car, wanted payment from me and going to start the repair afterwards. They couldn't even get the part required for the repair. In that time they also damaged the cars power steering with no accountability. I drove a running car to them, they kept it for months, and i had to get it towed out of there. WORST SHOP EXPERIENCE EVER!

I went in overheating and my car was returned leaking oil bad power steering and ac not working. They destroyed my car and charged me 800 dollars..DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.. I am currently looking for legal help to sue this place

This shop was recommended & first time here I got a really good first impression overall. I was immediately taken care of, I told the mechanic the symptoms, it was thoroughly looked at & checked by other mechanics as well. I love their teamwork & attentiveness they showed me. This is a great place to bring your vehicle in & well worth the trip.

Incredibly Unprofessional. No Parking due to the mechanics literally doing oil changes in the side walks. No one speaks English. ONLY CASH and you will have to wait for a long time on the side of the street in your car while they call on you. My mechanic managed to strip my OEM bolt, then proceeded to blame my last oil change mechanic. (A reputable dealership) He stated he would place a little bit of sealer to prevent leaks but to bring him a new bolt next time. He proceeded to PLASTER the whole oil pan with sealant. Hours later I noticed a leak. I had to buy a NEW OEM plug and NEW OIL to redo the oil change. The only reason i went here is because they were near and open late. Never again, this was the most expensive oil change I have ever gotten. AVOID THIS PLACE. The location doesn't even have the same name shown on Google. Its Emilio's and Andres Tire Shop not Emilis its THAT BAD.
