Our car broke down on the road because of the alternator. Kyle and the rest of the team went out of their way to search for a replacement last minute. They stayed two and a half hours past closing just so we could get back on the road and make it back to SoCal before the end of the day. Without them we would have been stranded in NorCal without a place to stay. Best of all, they were very transparent with their pricing. The alternator was charged at cost and we were even given a discount. If you ever need a trustworthy mechanic, then come to Emperor Auto Body! They will take good care of you!

Title: Excellent Service and Exceptional Work I was referred to Victor at Emperor Auto Body & Performance by another mechanic to work on my Model S Tesla, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the first phone call with Victor to the most recent repair, I have been consistently impressed. Victor is upfront and transparent, clearly explaining what he can and can't do before beginning any work. His customer service is top-notch, and he is very personable and accessible, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Victor and his team have completed bodywork, connectivity work, and coolant work on my personal vehicle, and the results have always exceeded my expectations. The turnaround times are reasonable, and the pricing is incredibly affordable. If you have a Tesla that needs attention, I highly recommend Victor and his crew. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Great shop was able to find and diagnose issue with my car right away and resolve the issues at hand in a timely manner with very fair pricing. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle fixed, modified, paint or any of the sort to go to Emperor. Great customer service! ☑️

This Auto Shop is the best! They really do an excellent job! They are honest and the price and quality of work they do is AMAZING! They fixed all the issues in my dads car (Honda) from electrical, engine, trim and suspension all perfectly done right! Never seen my dad happy about his car running perfect again! Shout out to RICKY! (Auto Mechanic)! Thank you bro for your hard work you put in to my dad’s car!

I just got my F150 and of course with any new toy, you're going to want to make it more unique to your own personality. So naturally the first thing I ordered was a new grille with amber lights and an LED switch back DRLs. I must have contacted at least 5-9 different shops in the area and all of their prices varied based off of just general things and not necessarily particular to my situation. Vic reached back out to me and immediately I felt the vibe from the guy and was compelled to bringing my truck to his shop. He had given me what I thought was a fair quote but was very transparent that he wanted to see the truck in person before giving me the true estimate. He had reassured me that any work that will be done has to be approved prior or else they wouldn't work on the truck, essentially that's what I wanted, to be able to decide if I wanted to continue the job or not which was great. Let me tell you guys, this shop is OUTSTANDING!! Andrew, the other owner, was really receptive when we arrived and he took care of us and basically had great cohesion with everything Vic said so I could tell that they definitely take each client seriously and do care about each. Hao was the gentleman who worked on the body part of the truck and this guy took extreme caution right from the get go, could tell how meticulous he was. Vic himself did the wiring and everything came out as expected. Perfectly. To top it all off, the bill was RIDICULOUSLY DECENT for all of the work they did for me and then some! These guys are top notch, we'll definitely only be coming back to them when we need anything done to any of our cars!!

I was introduced to Emperor Auto Body from a friend when I needed to get my engine replaced in my car 3 years ago. After bidding out a few shops I met Victor the owner here who gave me by far the best quote and fixed so many other things without any of the stress of up selling anything. He was sure to go through all the details in the paperwork and breakdown and wrote off so many markups that other shops will charge and hide from you and took them all off giving me an unbelievable price for the repairs. Definitely gained a customer for Life! Highly recommend this shop for any work needed to your vehicle.

My 2021 Corolla hybrid was involved in an hit and run accident and sustained serious damage to the passenger side fender door and mirror. Victor and his team was able to repair everything and bring my car back to like new condition with quick turnaround. Paint was 100% matched with factory and I cannot be more satisfied. 10/10 recommend for any collision repairs.
