Per the website the place is supposed to close at 9pm. I reside across the bridge near the beach and drove over there, arrived at 8:03 and was advised they are closed. I tried to explain the tire was in the trunk and just needed to be changed. The rude man said no.. they said they are closed. Ghetto talking me with a mouth full of food. Neverrrr again.

Says they're open till 9:00 p.m. called them at 7:45 needing a tire had a blowout on the side of the road got there at 8:05 doors were locked lights were off so don't advertise your open till 9:00pm and you close at 7:30 to 8:00

8 months this man has had my vehicle I’ve paid him well over $8000 for a lift kit and a oil pan swap (I brought a brand new oil pan and dropped it off with the vehicle) he lost the oil pan and my vehicle is just parked rotting behind the shop with nothing done at all

Will not do business with this shop. Issue 1, business hours are incorrect and shop does not stay open until 21:00. Issue 2, owner kept telling me to come next day to get tires replaced. Lastly, poor communication to gain my business if you say that you have plenty of tires in my size and do not have them.

I literally waited the entire day for them to work on my car. They kept telling me they would call. They were getting a shipment of tires and were too busy. They never called to tell me they could not work on my car today even though I did nothing from 8am to 9 pm but wait for them to call me to install a stereo. I had worked out a deal with the guy to pay $50 today and $50 on Friday, so I could not go else where. I really feel discriminated against. I am in a interracial relationship and I don’t see color. Really sad people can’t see me beyond the color of my skin.

Excellent sutomer service.cheap prices and good quality tires..the men here helped my family and i when I had only $25 to give and a flat tire and they work with me and accepted what i had and assist my children and i..and im forever greatful for their generous service and will forever be grateful.i recommend EVERYONE to shop with Empire on main Street..keep up the good work u guys..

I will never get a tire from here again paid them 40 dollars for a tire that has my whole wheel shaking the tire was bad and not balanced I asker for a receipt they said they dont give receipts but ill have a two month warranty and I bring it back because it had my whole car shaking they didnt want to check or change.You can never deal with black ppl
