Just moved to Sioux Falls. Went in this morning to have my oil changed. The three gentlemen working were extremely polite and professional. I was in and out in no time. Everything was explained to me before being done and cost was always shared making sure they got the OK to go ahead with it. This place will have my repeat business.

ever since moving out of sioux falls i am very grateful for the prices they have i honestly i paid 114$ for an oil change somewhere when at Empire Oil Change i paid 70 some dollars. I recommend this place to the fullest

Good oil change. A little pricey for valvoline and no veterans discount. The owner or manager did most of the important stuff which I am happy about because it shows that they care about doing the job right.

Not kidding, 4 minutes and 45 seconds from driving in to driving out! These boys could be on a NASCAR pit crew. No BS, trying to sell me this or that like others do, asked if I wanted anything other than an oil change, I said no. Aired up the tires, topped the fluids and I was out the door.

Did an oil change in less than 5 minutes. There was like 4+ guys doing it which was a bit intimidating but they got it done fast and were very polite

Such professional, kind, and knowledgeable people. They were immediately up front with pricing and quickly communicated the type of oil I needed. I have brought my vehicles here a couple of times. Recently, we brought our suv here and had an oil drip afterwards. Took it back and said they "fixed it." Took it to our usual mechanic and turns out they stripped the oil plug and looks like we will have to replace the oil pan. Never giving this place my business again.

I took my car to Empire Oil Change today 4•29•2024 at around 2pm. The two guys that were there were absolutely amazing! They were both really friendly, knowledgeable and even though there was a line, I was out in 10 minutes, if that. I will be back with every car I own and will tell my friends and family!!! Thank you both for the great job you've done!

Great if you have 5 star experience, but if they make a mistake good luck getting it resolved. Loose drain plug eventually falling out on interstate and ruining a brand new engine. Being they were the only folks touching drain plug after engine was installed, it’s pretty obvious it was their negligence during oil change that led to my major personal and financial headache. Tried to resolve with Tony the owner, but he became VERY defensive, verbally aggressive, and ultimately untruthful about what was done. Zero accountability and integrity they claim to pride themselves on. Choices of small businesses are what makes our community great, if you like to gamble this is your place, if you like to get an oil change from competent, friendly staff and a company willing to make their mistakes right if they happen, find another place.

They always do a great job. I've probably had 50 oil changes there between three vehicles over the past 7 years and never had a single issue. They check all fluid levels under the hood and have always topped off wiper fluid and coolant for free. They check tire pressure and add air as needed as well. For the pickup, it cost $68 today with the extra qt of oil me vehicle takes.

I get my oil changed at Empire every time I’m in town! It has never taken more than 10 minutes even when there is a car in front of me! The national chains would be wise to follow the examples set by these guys. Jiffy Lube takes forever. Even if you’re the only one there. Empire is so fast! Time is money, for everyone involved. Really appreciate the quick service!

I had an oil spot in my driveway where I park my Optima and I was understandably concerned about my car. After coming in to Empire and letting the staff know of my issue they were very receptive and quickly located all possible issues after a thorough inspection. I will not detail what they did for me but it was above and beyond what was necessary as I can’t say it was for sure their fault. I not only had my concerns addressed and handled with care and respect but I now have confidence in my vehicle. I used to run an auto shop when I was younger and I know how hard it is to find mechanics that are also great with dealing with customers, and harder still to have an entire staff of them, so going into this situation I was not excited to deal with it but the entire staff was amazing. Truly an impressive operation that exudes respect and integrity. Instead of losing a customer they reinforced my loyalty and I will continue to come here as long as they will have me.

I live outside of Lake Benton and have brought all 3 vehicles down to Empire. They do a quick efficient job. The staff, management and owner were very polite as we talked. It was like stepping back in time for me. I worked in that facility when it was new and a jiffy lube.

These idiots will screw up your oil change and damage your car, while giving you a nasty attitude. The owner and manager are so unprofessional and throw temper tantrums. I will never let these morons touch my car ever again.

What a great experience! While waiting at Valvoline on 41st for over an hour, I read the reviews for Empire. I pulled out of line and went straight there. My oil was changed, and everything was checked in less than 10 minutes. The price was $20+ less than what I paid last time at Valvoline. Also, there was zero upsale for unnecessary services. I drove past Valvoline, and still saw the same cars waiting in line. you have a lifetime customer. Just had oil changed on my truck...same awesome experience. Thank you guys!
