Very positive review! My truck overheated and I couldn’t figure out why. Steven came out right away and they diagnosed the issue and repaired my faulty thermostat same day and had me on the road in only a few hours.

I called Empires road service because I needed help with a jump start. Service was decent, no complaints with that.. but Steve showed up with the wrong equipment in order to give a semi truck a jump start. Long story short.. he couldnt charged my battery and he suggested that I had to replace my starter. I was charged $235 pretty much for a diagnoses ($100 for the trip $135 for 1 hour) but he didn't fixed anything and on top of that he diagnosed something totally wrong. The guy that was supposed to change my starter took a quick look and said.. "your starter is perfectly fine but your batteries are dead". I wouldn't recommend this company at all.. and obviously I will not call them again.. neither the other truck drivers that were at the yard that day.

I couldnt figure out what the issue was with my truck. these guys showed up and cleared things up for me. i was back on the road in no time. i even learned a thing or two. thanks
