Again with the old cliche of being a woman & not being treated fairly. I would of tipped them if... So tired of this BS. Prices were way too high, bad customer service and trying to get over as if I was stupid. I will never go there again!!

On Sept. 19, I walk in to get a tire, workers sitting and don't greet me. No customers but me, so I'm thinking I can get in and out quick. One employee is sleeping, other reading. I ask for a used tire, neither one gets up to check, just says they don't have it. One sleeping, doesn't know when they get more tires delivered. He then says the shop is moving ( trying to be funny) . I ask where to and he laughs and says he doesn't know. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. For lazy employees who don't want to work, JUST STAY HOME! Very rude and unprofessional workers this visit!! I guess you have to be a SPANISH person to get service here and treated more respectfully.

I recently purchased used tires from here and they are flat tires now, they don’t last very long. I purchased from somewhere else and their used tires lasted a good time longer this company empire tires. I don’t recommend there tires at all.

I always go to Empire tire for used tires on my little Honda element work vehicle. I primarily go there because the tires are decent and the service is fast and reliable. Usually in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.

I found this place through google and despite the fact that there were other people waiting, what happened to me was an emergency, the owner and the employees took care of me quickly. Providing me with excellent service and a good price.

I went to this place with an almost ripped tire with wires sticking out and they told me they couldn’t change it because they would have to go through a huge pile of tires that they just got just to find the one I needed. I don’t know if it’s just me but you would think it’s part of their job to find the tire I need as a paying customer? Now because they wanted to be lazy I drove 5 miles down the road to another shop, and my tire completely flattened out and I had to put my spare tire because I didn’t make it all the way. Thank God the new shop I drove to had a tire

No Stars.The person that I spoke with was Unprofessional. I called in for a tire. He immediately got an attitude and said that I needed to give him a tire size if I am going to call them. Then hung up right away. I called back and asked to speak with manager/ owner. He said that he is not here then hung up on me on me again. Doesn't seem like they want to do any business.

Went there yesterday and today trying to find some tires. This people are never inside the office and the phone seems disconnected, whichever employees are outside will watch you park and then leave without offering any help.

stood in office for 45 min waiting on anyone that worked there, when someone finally came in he said he didnt have my size before I could even say the rim size "205/70 R(this is where he cut me off and said to check down the street)" then just walked back out side...
