They are always so helpful and pleasent. And if you do have a nail in your tire they will patch it and not try to make you buy a new tire!

Damn good prices for 18 rim size. just role up took less than an hour for both tires. 3 guys had 6 cars in front of me at one point. 12/16 is date i went. Their team is legit. Appreciate you fellas!

Very unprofessional I sat out there for over 45mins for them to let every car behind me go so I left and called back to speak with the manager on staff he was no help he hung up the phone multiple times WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Very Racist This Happen 12/5/2024

Service was very convenient, quick, and reasonably priced. I didn't have to get out of my vehicle except to pay. They should have a mobile point of sale at your vehicle. I have mobility issues so it would have been nice to not have to get out of the vehicle at all.

I called up to empire tire while i was sitting in the rain on the side of the highway and asked if they had 2 tires that fit my car. The man on the phone told me yes and price but i was so out of it because of my situation i didn’t pay much attention. When i got to empire i had to walk inside to get greeted. After telling them my tire size Jonath changed my tires. At the end of service when going to pay i was asked how much was i told. I told him i don’t remember I've had a lot going on. He chuckled and said you do know. I said again i dont. He said well i know what he said. I said well if you knew why would you ask me he said i was just checking you should remember cause i could of charged you more. This was just very unprofessional for me.

The customer service was awesome they gave me a good deal hats off to everybody who works there I want to give them a shout out this is the Puerto Rican from the Bronx that had the black Acura. Came in and got two tires and a rotation.

This is absolutely, positively the best tire shop/service center that I have ever been to. Multiple times they have not only given me excellent, professional, and efficient service, but each time saved me a lot of money. They could have not only charged me a lot more money but could have completely raked me over the coals. If you go anywhere else, well, you only have yourself to blame!

Went here in desperate need of one tire. They told me they were closed 20 minutes early. Wasted my time coming here, E & R Tire down the street is way better.

Love going here!! Any time I need a new tire or a nail taken out of a tire or new air they always are efficient and quick! Great customer service. I’ve been going since 2019 and will definitely be coming back!
