You know, I’ve come here a number of times for some real sub par (easy) work. Everytime they change a tire for me I have a chewed up lip on my rim. No big deal, it happens (even though someone that actually took care wouldn’t damage the lip at all). The final straw and point of this post is they ruined the bead on a new Michelin pilot 4S I brought in, utterly ruining a $400 tire. Of course I only found this out when the car was sitting on the rim and the air escaping a 3 inch rip along the bead. I also don’t remember them balancing any of the wheels I brought Never again, not even for my cheapest cars

Bought a tire and the next day it was flat and went back and got cursed out and disrespected by workers all because they sold me supposedly a new tire that went flat over night. Very rude and very unprofessional .

From my 1st phone call, to the replacement of my 2tires super accommodating and helpful! Also I had to come in the next day to replace the tire that they just replaced because the pressure was not balanced, So they replaced it with a newer used tire. They accommodated everything and you could tell they had strong team work. Also they kept it real with me on price and tire talk for a girl. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The manager of the place is rude. The workers were nice and very fast at what they do but do a very poor job. I got a great deal on a set of tires but have had to bring them back one at a time on several occasions because the sensors were not properly installed, so.. they were broken and caused me to be stranded with flat tires. When I addressed management… he was rude and approached me in a manner that was unacceptable. I will not tolerate this type of behavior towards a customer who has given them a lot of business. If I could give them a zero… I would.

I love this location I've been coming here for years and they always do quality work! In fact I've gone to a few empire tire locations and they've always had quality work and great service for me! ** Update been a couple years since I last wrote this review and I just wanted to say that I still go here whenever I need help with tires and this place is always fantastic the gentleman that worked there are always very humble very kind and very helpful! They make you feel at home and I will forever come to this location

December 18, 2023 I'm a customer for over 10 years. Went this morning for a tire and Scooby was assisting me. He told me my tire was too bad to be fixed and sold me an used tire. When he was going to put it I asked if he wasn't going to submerged the tire in water and his response was awful. He began screaming to me that I had not have to tell him what to do, that I should speak English and was very aggressive at the point that another employee stand in between him and me. I asked for a supervisor and he explained that they were under stress. That is not a reason to treat customers so disrespectfully just for asking questions which should be answered by the employee as customer service. I hope any superior takes action into this matter. Very inappropriate and unprofessional

I definitely recommend this tire shop. They have amazing services and very great affordable tires. Kaneka explained my circumstances and why my tire was balding on the inner side and gave me two great tires for a good price. I will definitely be coming here in the future for tires and recommend if anyone is needing good deals on tires to come here as well.

Had a very bad experience at this location. The Spanish guy who was running the place on Sunday was an absolute dirt bag. Tried to charge me $80 to put 2 new tires on for me which I had bought at another location. Another shop a couple of blocks away did it in 15 minutes for $45. I won't be back EVER, scum bags!!
