This place is like going to a top notch private Medical Doctor or Specialist. They are professional, make you feel special, welcome, tell you what's wrong with your vehicle, and give you daily updates. They have the patience to deal with your warranty or Extended warranty company. " Will" (the Automotive Doc, and the boss) is very passionate about his work, and Jocelyn (front desk) will make you feel welcome. I service a Range Rover, Porsche Cayenne and Audi A6 in this shop

I had such a great experience! The service was prompt and professional from start to finish. Will and his team took the time to explain what needed to be done, provided updates, and got the work done quickly. My car runs perfectly now, and the entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this place for vehicle repair. Will and his team are honest and hard-working. I trust them with any specialized vehicles, especially BMW. I had a roof leak repair, front end work, and an oil leak repair. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome as a customer!

There aren't enough words to describe the incredibly honest and professional service that I receive from Will Diaz. I first met him when he worked with Momentum BMW 5 years ago and I could not have been more impressed, satisfied and comfortable. I live in Spring, Texas and will absolutely follow him wherever he goes!!!!!! I just purchased another vehicle and my vehicle choice was partly based on whether or not I could continue to bring my new baby to Will !!! He is an incredible !!!! Thank you Will for all that you do!! UPDATE 5/724- I realized that i wrote the review above about 7 years ago. Here is an update. I am still traveling to see Will and the guys at Engineuity. They continue to exceed all of my expectations and I will not go anywhere else. I own a Porsche Panamera and I will choose him over a dealership any day. Thank you Will and the Engineuity Team!

I’m so overly impressed by the way Will runs his business. He’s professional, honest, and highly trustworthy. My husband had his mini cooper worked on by Will and I just can’t get over the pictures and professionalism I’m doing this. This man has our business!!

I am updated my review on Engineuity Autowerks. My last review was three years ago. I normally don’t post reviews at all. But when a company gives excellent service and handles everything in such a professional manner, especially in the auto industry, I feel like I need to talk about it. My last review was three years ago. I purchased a new car since, another Range Rover which Engineuity handles the service for me. It’s under warranty but they are able to do warranty, repairs and service and that’s what they do for me, brakes, oil change etc.I feel like I’m always taken care of in a timely manner. The communication is great, and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. I think that’s something a lot of people might feel because you do not know how to handle repairs yourself. There is a new lady at the front desk Joe she’s as great as the young lady that was there before. Whatever Will is doing I would say just keep doing it. You’re doing an excellent job and I appreciate having a mechanic that I can count on and trust. First of all Jocelyn who handles incoming calls, appointments, loaners, and actually goes over what needs to be done and what work has been done is amazing. She knows cars! she is genuine, polite, and a smart cookie. she also gives follow up calls to make sure things are well. My Range Rover warranty was expiring and I purchased an extended plan. I looked at many plans and Will the owner gave me pointers on the purchase. It wasn’t cheap but if you have owned a RR you will understand the value in having a plan. another note the plan has been beneficial for me. My car had been in and out multiple times and I have been more than happy with the service. I don’t normally take the time to give reviews but I believe they deserve a 5 star.

I had the best experience at Engineuity Autowerks! Will and his team were professional, honest, knowledgeable and really took their time to explain things to me. I didn’t feel pressured as I have experienced with other auto shops. I would highly recommend Engineuity Autowerks to my family and friends!

I own a Porsche Macan and it was due for an oil change. I wasn’t sure if it needed other other maintenance services as I wasn’t the one who handled the cars upkeep till recently. Knowing that these types of services are costly, I was looking for a certified business to do the work at a much more reasonable price than the dealership. Going on a referral from a friend, I made the appt for the assessment of my car. The next morning I dropped off the car, they gave me a ride home and I waited for the call. Just after noon they called to let me know what they’d found and what they suggested the car needed. I was blown away with the honesty and the clarity of what they explained. I asked they do everything we had discussed, including an alignment. When I picked up my car, I was shown pictures of what they were concerned with and why. Every question I asked was answered and I felt comfortable with the response. We went over the invoice line by line and I was set. As I was ready to leave, Will and the team that worked on my car came by to say hello. I have never experienced such attentiveness and kindness from a service center. In all honesty, I came home and I cried because of how blessed I felt to have found them. I’m beyond grateful for Will and his team and even more content with the excellent service and overall VERY REASONABLE cost of what I paid. Engineuity Autowerks has gained a life long customer and I will most certainly be telling my friends about them. Thank you!

I took my BMW to Will after taking it to another shop for an issue with alignment. Will diagnosed the problem and repaired it at a portion of the cost quoted me from other shop. He also took pictures and pointed out other issues that I had him address. My car now rides so smooth. Thanks Will to you and your team.

My old BMW F10 had some cracking noises occasionally underneath. Did a research to find a dependable and honest BMW specialist, and found this place not too far from my work. Will recommended doing a diagnostic review to see what my car needs. Dropped my car off in the morning, Will ordered a UBER service for me back to my office. By noon, he called and sent me pictures of areas that I need to address. Since I also do some maintenance and repair myself, Will was honest and truthful in sharing his opinions in terms of priorities of repair. Although there are several areas needed attention, he was not pushy at all. He patiently went over the list and help answer all my questions about my options. I can understand why this place gets high rating of reviews. They are dependable, honest and trustworthy! Strongly recommend for any BMW owners our there!

The best mechanic you can find all around Texas! Very coordinated, organized and welcoming. Went in for engine swap, Will and his team made are the best when it comes to working on BMW’s. He gives you options on what you would like to do during the process and advice on what to expect. Nearly perfected on installing engine, no issues and no problems. Will come back soon!

This place is awesome!!! STAFF AND SHOP ARE AWESOME!!! I took my 2017 BMW X5 here for some repairs I was told by the dealer I needed. I needed someone to take a second look. I initially spoke with Will who took time to explain the process of verifying what my vehicle actually needed. There was no high pressure tactics, no uncertainty about anything during the process. Will sent pics of what he found and even showed me the old worn parts after repairs were done. Enginenuity worked with me and my warranty company to get everything I needed done taken care. Things that weren't covered I was able to get done without inflated dealership cost! My car runs so much better!!! Communication was great, price was great and Enginenuity was just awesome to work with! No more dealership for me! I'm an Enginenuity customer from now on! Highly recommended!!!!

I have a 2006 330i E90, I've been bringing it here for at least a year now and trust Will and his team to always take care of my vehicle and keep track of any issues developing. I was recommended by another customer from Engineuity Autowerks, and now I will only take my M2 to Will and his team. It’s very hard to find a people with skills and honesty who share the same passion about cars but Will and his team are the ones. I took my car there before going to a track event for a simple inspection. Will’s team were highly detail-oriented and noticed the cars problem from checking my engine oil. I abandoned my track event to be on the safe side and trusted his team to do further diagnosis on the car plus fix. Will’s team didn’t make me wait at all for more time it took to fix my car. He also kept me updated everyday while my car was there and took pictures during the process. I cannot stress enough how lucky I am that I came across this shop and the people who work there. Do not hesitate to take your car there for fix or upgrades.

If you’re looking for a place to take your BMW or MINI—whether for repair or routine maintenance—this is the absolute best shop you can choose and the last one you’ll ever need. I’m a pretty meticulous person, even by many car enthusiasts’ standards, but Will and his team are simply on a different level. They are impressively thorough and very transparent in their service, which is a welcome relief compared to every other shop I’ve used in the past. If there was a way to somehow give 6 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. Seriously. I initially found this shop because I just needed somewhere to get a track inspection for my M2 Comp ahead of a track event I had coming up (and I was due for a service and tire replacement anyway). I ended up choosing them for two reasons I saw mentioned in a lot of their reviews: they’re highly familiar with BMW platforms, and they treat all their customers’ cars with great care and respect. I cannot stress enough how much of an understatement that is. On top of that, it turns out Will (owner) and others on his team also run track events in their own time, so I knew I could trust their judgment without worry. Before performing any work on my car, Will personally explained everything that could or should be done to my car and laid out all of my options for me. He also kept me up to date on everything they were doing as it was being done. The service was so great, I immediately took my daily driver X1 there next for a full suite of maintenance services, and my experience was exactly the same—thorough inspection, explained my options, timely service—all at a reasonable price. This place is a true one-stop shop, and it’s run by a great group of people who are good at what they do. The peace of mind alone that I’ve gotten from their service is priceless. So if you're looking for a shop, just take your car here and thank yourself later. The search is over.
