Entler’s is a great shop and Dan is the man! They got my truck in on time, were very clear with what needed to be done, always gave me a clear quote before completing any work and communicated very effectively and quickly throughout. Prices seem quite fair as well. Would use again.

Auto repair heck; there may not be a more stellar business of any kind on the planet. Dan and his crew have cared for my crinkled old 2003 VW Golf over the years like it was a Rolls; I'll probably drive the dang thing forever at this point. Friendly, fast, honest, brilliant mechanical geniuses -- could not recommend this shop more highly.

DEQ TOO emissions testing service was quick, affordable, and convenient. Great service, and they even gave my dog a treat while she waited so patiently. Would absolutely return for future auto needs.

Our family has known the Entler family since the 1980s. Throughout the decades this family and affiliates have been a solid and long lasting gem in the City of Roses. They have built solid and vast relationships in both their operations of Radio Cab and Entler Auto Repair. One of the finest decisions this family made was the addition of Dan years ago, a talented mechanical engineer to lead the teams of Entler Auto repair. Dan himself has taken care of my personal vehicle, our fleet vehicles and even fleets of affiliate companies I've worked for. I'd never choose anyone else. Their team's policy is solid repair and trust building. So hard working, and they work through their faithful clients year by year. Really like this place. Took my car in for an oil change and regular maintenance and when I slept through my first appointment they got me in rather quickly for a reschedule. They are professional and personable and I would recommend this place to anyone.

All around awesome experience. Easy to call and set an appointment up. Dan is great to work with, and any time I need auto services again I'll be calling him. Thorough inspection of the car. Honest and up front with evaluation of the car. Pricing was fair and work was turned around fast! Highly recommend.

Entler's is the best. Dan is professional, friendly and runs the best auto repair shop I've ever used. I just had Entler's fix the power steering on my 2007 Ford Focus. It had been growling and functioning intermittently. It is now quiet and functions perfectly. The price was great and the service was better. Entler's is awesome. I feel so good driving away from there, I almost want my car to have another issue so I can go back. It's that good of an experience.

I was so greatly appreciative of Entler’s Auto Repair during my four years of living in Portland. From 2018 onward, I regularly had them check out my 2003 Explorer and it was the first time where I went years without mechanical failures on the road somewhere, because of how good they were with their diagnostics! I previously lived in Seattle, and despite regular check ups every few months, there was always some horrible situation every one to two years where my car would need to be towed due to a mechanical problem so I was amazed at how I never had a single problem during my time in Portland. I never felt ripped off and I miss places like this as I have since moved and I could tell how thorough everyone at the shop was about making sure my car was in good condition to drive without an issue. I drove the car down to San Diego and back twice without any issues, and I have since moved to Quebec and my car never had a problem the entire trip during the move. Absolutely recommended!

Take my advice and do not use this shop! They are $120 an hour and treat woman like incompetent people. This company was recommended by a reliable source and so I used them to replace my own transmission. I know very little about these repairs but my car was basically running the same afterwards, I did supply my own transmission from B&R Auto. I was under the impression from the quote that they would at least let me know if it was a good transmission when the job was finish and or they would let me know what the problem may be. Dan the manager, was extremely rude and degrading to me when I asked him if he could run the codes and let me know where the problem might be coming from. I paid $800 to trade out the transmission which was fair but the service and care for people who don’t know cars is terrible.

Called them up when my check engine light blinked three times (misfire) which is potentially a very bad sign. They were speedy and professional and got it fixed with some new spark plugs. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

Entler's is the absolute best, the only shop to take your car to in a 100 mile radius. Always fair, always honest, always reasonably priced, never trying to hustle you into unnecessary expenses.

Every interaction I had with Entler's was informative and pleasant. Dan and the team were professional, friendly, fast, and most importantly, they fixed all the issues I was having. After searching for a mechanic that services Fiats and being turned away or ignored by multiple other shops for previous issues, I can't recommend Entler's enough. I will definitely be using them in the future.

If I could give six stars, I would! These guys are so kind, efficient, and professional. The prices are more than reasonable, too, and I wasn't charged for any unnecessary repairs or anything. Dan is also a delight to talk to and clearly knows his stuff: I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. I've definitely found my local shop for future oil changes, etc. Thanks again, guys!!

This shop was phenomenal and highly competitive in prices. They got me in before a work trip out of town, I had bad motor and transmission mounts. These guys were so kind, fast and professional. The prices here, yeah, absolutely incredible compared to every other shop in town. Take your car here, they do quality affordable work!
