For two years, had water in driver/passenger front floor. Had several, incl dealership, tell me it was the sunroof. With NO rain but using a/c, the water would accumulate...so not the sunroof! Junior had their water leak professional look at the issue...the a/c condenser case outflow tubes--one was plugged and the other was split! Unclogged the one and replaced the other outflow tube. Problem fixed!! So not the sunroof!! Problem solved b/c Junior listened to the customer... Thanks to EPIC and Junior!! Great work!

I needed some ac lines modified and this was not a service that they could provide but they went out of their way and were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction. I later brought the car back after getting the lines fixed and had them fill the system which went well. Thanks guys!

The folks at Epic Auto have done right by me every time I've stopped in. Each time they are thorough, courteous, and extremely timely. Any time they need to do something different or notice something nee, they explain what needs to be done to fix it, why, and what caused it in the first place. They quoted me that my car would be ready on Wednesday, but it was ready early on that Monday, and for more than $100 cheaper than the initial quote. I cannot recommend this shop enough.

Epic Auto is awesome. They fixed my Infiniti and warranty it also. I month later the part went bad and they upheld their warranty. The staff was very nice and pleasant . I recommend to anyone with a high end car.

GO THERE! The BEST experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic shop! They were so friendly and accommodating! Front desk guy( I forgot to ask for his name 😫) was literally my hero today! I had the biggest leak and they really helped me out! May God bless you people and THANK YALL SO MUCH! The guy that fixed my car made me feel like his daughter! Thank YOU sir! ❤️

Had a great first call with Dylan, who got me everything I needed. Through the whole process, Vincent, the owner, made the experience a breeze. Customer service top notch. All the mechanics are well put together and clearly love being there. Could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Glad to have found a high quality mechanic that cares about it's customers.

They will try and scam you for the diagnostic!!! He tried to charge me $402 for it and said to me, over the phone, that he had recorded me agreeing to the price. I asked to hear the recording of me saying that I agreed to the price of a 3 hour diagnostic. My mother and I both came to the shop and he had no proof, or “recording” of me agreeing to the price of a 3 hour diagnostic. He lied to both me and my mom saying he had me on recording. Do NOT go here!!!
