I had the best customer service experience on 11.23.24! I went there with no appointment and was serviced on a late Saturday morning within 5 minutes of arrival time. My tire pressure light is constantly going on and off and I thought I needed air however the mechanic showed me his meter and I needed a new rear sensor. The greeting and friendly knowledgeable staff were amazing! The light is off and I'm ever so relieved that I didn't need a new tire. They have gained a new customer! I highly recommend Eppie's! 👍

Me and my family have dependent on Eppies for over 20 years and not once have they let us down. Not are they the best prices, but more importantly, they are the most ethical honest people in the tire business. Eppie's Discount Tire & Auto have been in business for like 79 years! There's a reason for this. They work hard and give their customers great service. I was there today and Scott the owner made time to take care of a problem I was having with my trailer tire, even though they were already super busy. Thanks Scott and Eppie's! 👍🏻

Eppies provided friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns about the vibrations after mounting tires on my new wheels. While they thoroughly inspected the tires, they didn't have access to the latest diagnostic equipment or experienced techs to pinpoint the exact cause of the issue. The techs even placed the weights in a position where it scratched the brake calipers. They were willing to help every time I went back and did what they could but it would have saved me a lot of time if there was someone who could recommend a different balancing (Road force balancing) after everything was tried. I went to a shop with road force balancing and they found out that two of the new tires were out of round. Overall, Eppies is a really good option for basic tire services, but for complex problems, a shop with more advanced technology might be necessary. NOTE: Look for shops with a Road Force Balancing machine if you have an expensive modern vehicle. This is more expensive than regular balancing but worth it.

A business that cares for their customers! Jay is very helpful, did all the research to find a perfect fit wheels and tires for my car. Great price and excellent customer service. Scott and Kent, very nice and knowledgeable people, made sure installation was perfect and owner took time for a follow up call, to make sure I am happy with their product and services. Overall a pleasure doing business with Eppie Tires! Highly Recommended!!

Great place reasonable prices. And as someone who did not have an appointment and just called and showed up got me out in reasonable time. Great service from everyone on staff and I appreciate all they do. Been coming here often and they do a great job and more importantly ask permission before doing something that was not on there and offer suggestions so great job

Stopped by to get a set of winter tires put on recently. Scott was very helpful over the phone, and the service was done well at a reasonable price. This is a great small business and I’d recommend Eppie’s to anyone looking for a solid tire shop.

Eppie's used tires cost 2.5 times as much as they do at a few North Philly shops like S*****. But who wants to drive to dangerous North Philly? Eppie's has decent service but high prices for everything. They will negotiate on used tires in my experience but not by much.

I had Eppie's perform a state inspection. Overall I would say two stars because they did inform me that my tail lights were out, which I was not aware of...but that good deed was ruined by their sad attempt to sell rear brake service. They claimed the rear pads and rotors needed to be replaced to comply with inspection standards, however both were replaced the prior year and in excellent condition. I stopped them from completing any work, retrieved my car and went home. I brought it back a few days later and let them know the lights and the brakes were replaced, and they provided me with the inspection stickers. They are stuck in an old and pathetic business model. Go somewhere else.

I recently visited Eppies for new tires, an oil change, inspection, and maintenance repair services. I was thoroughly impressed with the amazing work they did. I’ve been coming here for quite some time. Always had a great experience. Never got around to writing a review but the last time I was here my experience was just absolutely amazing Scott I believe who is the owner or is in charge was just fantastic. Super helpful. Super nice. Did everything possible for me? Great company great employees gets the job done fast at a reasonable price highly recommend them to anyone!

This was the first time I was at this shop, and I was amazed at how well the manager handled an unreasonable customer. The customer came in and showed a picture of his tires and asked can you repair this. Scott, the manager asked for his keys and repaired the leaks. When the repairs were all done the customer said I don’t want to pay you, you never gave me a price. The funny thing was he watched the repairs being done and didn’t question the price then or say to stop. Eppies was only charging him $30 each to fix 2 rim leaks in 20 inch wheels. I am surprised that Scott did not call the police on the customer, that’s how bad the customer was acting. It is Black Friday and the waiting room is packed, I hope others write reviews because I know the customer is going to leave a bad review even though he was wrong. After seeing this customer service Eppies 100% gained my respect and my business.
