My vehicle seemed beyond repair after a recent accident. Reggie had his doubts as well, but he assured me that he would do everything possible to get me back on the road. After several thorough inspections, he identified the issue, made the necessary repairs, and now my vehicle is as good as new. I only take my car to Eric’s for maintenance and annual inspection. The service is always great. The staff is friendly and on top of it. They are very thorough in explaining what is needed and why. I appreciate y’all!

Customer service at the front was on point. However anything beyond fell short. Their pricing is not competitive or reasonable whatsoever. I called around to get quotes from other shops in the area and was quoted less than half of what Eric’s quoted me. I decided to continue with an oil change since my car was already there. However, I can’t help but feel I was then deprioritized as a customer after I declined most of the other services. I dropped off my car in the morning with a scheduled appointment, and I wasn’t able to pick it up until the next day. I’ve never had an oil change take more than a few hours. They can get away with overcharging customers cause of their convenient proximity to West U/Med center. If you are looking for efficient and reasonably priced car services I would go elsewhere.

Eric’s Car Care is amazing. Everyone is so kind. Ask for Yolanda because she will take care of you. Yolanda worked with me and arranged transportation to work. This is now the only car place I will go to since moving to Houston.

I randomly found this business on Google, and it was honestly the best choice I could have made to get my oil changed. I drive a Porsche, and they were totally qualified to do the work! Not only did they provide me with Uber rides back to and from work, they performed my oil change in less than 2 hours and gave me an extremely Fair price!!! The staff was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They've gained a loyal customer in me. Thank you! :)

Manny was absolutely incredible with customer service paid attention walk me through the whole process. What I love is the transparency and honesty of this company they give you a digital visual inspection and don’t do anything as far as charges without First consulting and are very very upfront in their process, I’ll always bring my car to ERIC’s car. I recently had my problematic Mini Cooper fixed at this store. Ms. Yolanda was a tremendous help throughout the tiresome process, especially as I had to claim some repairs under my extended warranty. She was incredibly patient and helpful the entire time. Thankfully, all the issues that other shops overlooked were properly fixed. I will definitely return for any future work! Mario Sereni provided an amazing experience for my son and I. I had a claim that was covered by a warranty that required lots of follow up and follow through. He called me regularly to let me know where we were in the process. He was pleasant and very patient with me with ALL MY QUESTIONS. The experience was great and speedy. I will go back to Eric's Car Care if I ever have a care need and hope to have Mario as my service provider/ THANK YOU for EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Quoted me 2.5k for an A/C repair, but got a second opinion from Rick at Meyerland Service Center was able to fix it for $60. Rick saved me tons of money over this place. Eric probably had good intentions, like most mechanics do, but perhaps their technicians aren’t skilled/experienced enough to think of other, cheaper solutions. I was also disappointed in their diagnostic test. It took about an hour for them to inspect the AC system, and then they gave me the huge 2.5k quote.

This place was a scam, I called in trying to get a full tune up and fix some issues with my car. They said I have to buy rims in order for them to test drive and fix my car then added irrelevant fees. MANNY was rude on the phone and had no patience with explaining the issues with the car. They ended up charging me 125 for a diagnostic that pointed out what I already knew. It was a waste of time, I don’t recommend going there.
