Driving in this city is rough, and so I've had more need for Erie-Lasalle than I'd like. But they make the process so easy. From handling insurance, rental cars, and doing a fantastic repair job for fair cost. They also have been able to fix the tricky auto drive cameras on my Tesla. Robert is especially helpful. Could not recommend more.

They worked directly with my insurance company, which made the whole process seamless. They even assisted in scheduling my rental car pickup, taking a significant burden off my shoulders. Throughout the repair process, they kept me updated every step of the way, which made me feel at ease. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and my car looks perfect—like new! The group at Erie LaSalle was incredible to work with. I had a very unique situation with my vehicle and its repairs after being in an accident. Throughout the entire process, Robert and Diamond were extremely professional and communicative. They went above and beyond when it came to making sure my car was returned to me in good working order and was safe to drive. This was an unbelievably positive experience!!! The estimate was less than other body shops I contacted yet the work was OUTSTANDING! Diamond, the first contact was helpful, positive, pleasant and prompt with her information. Next, meeting with Stephen to assess the damage and provide the estimate was like working with an old friend. Compassionate, realistic, professional and an overall great guy! Be sure to ask for Stephen! Pick-up was on time and my escort to my car was also professional, good natured and informative. This organization is built on integrity through and through!!

Was recommended to bring my car here after an accident. I was very pleased with the experience overall. Everyone was great to work with and communicated with me every step of the way. They also helped me with some other work not related to the accident. My car looks great! Highly recommend

Erie Lasalle is the greatest body shop I ever experienced. They are very knowledgeable, approachable, and wont try to rip you off. They fix what needs to be repaired and inform you what may or may not need repairing. Ive been doing business with them since they were on Lasalle. Highly recommend them.

I got rear ended while coming home from a wedding. I took my car to Erie-LaSalle mainly because of the great reviews I saw. And they definitely did not disappoint. They were attentive and friendly with the entire process. I was kept up to date along the way and of course my vehicle looks amazing. Definitely recommend them! This is my go-to place for body work. Have used them 3-4 times with great results each time. I got a second estimate this time with Erie-LaSalle coming in $1,200 lower than a comparable place nearby. They are always courteous and attentive and I have always been happy with the results. This last time they finished the work on only 2 days so I had my car back much sooner than expected. Highly recommended.
