I was recommended by a co-worker & to my surprise, I have been here before! This is 1 of 2 tire shops I have ever, fully FELT RESPECTED as a woman i.e., they won’t play in your face and won’t be creepy. * I live and work in Dallas, but the drive is totally worth it. Blessings to this business!

Gotten tires 2x second time I got a used tire it kept going flat but they got me in right away and replaced it for me the workers are kind and fast I always recommend to anyone looking for nice cheap tires!

They wanted $65 for a used tire for my Jeep Cherokkee. The tire had some wear on it. I've never paid more than $50 for a used tire. 👎 At Romeros tire shop on Cherry Lane in White Settlement. Got a used tire with balance for $45. If you need a used tire do not go here, you will be overcharged.

Exceptional service!! We got 4 new tires and we were in and out in under 30 minutes. The price was so much cheaper than the big stores. Plus, it’s lifetime balanced and 1 year warranty (if I’m remembering correctly). I’ll definitely be back.

Called a day before to make sure they had the right size tires, and ended up having to come the next day. We ended up getting 4 new tires and saved a lot rather than going to a big chain store! The guys are knowledgeable and friendly and work fast!

Came here to remove and replace some tires on my truck. I grew up in this area and because the big shops couldn't get me in and out, I figured I'd give Ernies a shot. Service was quick, and a tech was nice to note an existing issue with my vehicle. I understand that the issues I have are likely commonplace within the tire industry in most maintenance areas, but it really sucks to see in front of you. On removal, my chrome plated center caps were pried off and dropped to the ground. One fell face down too close to the truck and was kicked away instead of being picked up and set out of the way. On installation, the center caps were placed on top of the lugs and kicked on rather than just using hands to knock them in place. One worker noticed I was working, noted it to the worker kicking them on who kind of shrugged and laughed. The tech who saw me watching squatted down and put the center cap on by hand with care. The truck was released to me without any of my valve stem caps, and I was laughed at as if it were a joke to ask for caps that were removed to be reinstalled. $125 to remove/replace and balance 4 tires was pretty standard so I could have gone pretty much anywhere or waited for an appointment tomorrow. I haven't had the chance to look at my wheel faces for damage, but I did photograph them beforehand, so will update if there are damages to my wheels as well. To the owner - as a customer viewable work area, having your employees treat vehicles as if they were something they bought with their money goes a long way. I don't expect the bead to be wiped clean, or fresh tire soap, but dropping items and kicking them across concrete and gravel on finished surfaces shouldn't be commonplace. If a tech is going to do that, keep them in the back out of sight so your customers don't form a reserve about coming back.

Drove over an hour to get there. Said Inhad to get cash to get the tires at the price listed on facebook. It cost me THREE atm fees because there was a withdrawal maximum limit. The lady right behind me used her card and wasn’t made go get cash. On top of that he tried to charge me 50 BUCKS for 20 dollar lug nuts from every other retailer in town. He tried to say it was a special kind that was more expensive and when I pressed him to explain… he couldn’t. I would say avoid at all costs. I drove over an hour for this particular tire and wound up spending 100.00 more than the advertised price… I won’t be back
