What is nice guy and made my day. I had difficult time getting the hitch ball off. U-haul guy tried taking it off but came loose but not all the way off. So I had to take it somewhere else to cut it off. It’s been Saturday morning and most places were closed and when I called E’s Automotive he said it’s by appointment on Saturday yet when I explained my problem and needing help he said come over. Thank you so much he cut off the bolt for me but didn’t charge anything even though I offered. May God bless you and your shop for years to come.
