Lady upfront was and unprofessional. I tried to Apple Pay… she paused.. then she expressed that she needed to get a phone. Then there was a sign that said you could Zelle and I asked if I could do that. She then said that’s for much higher priced jobs. Not smaller job like getting a tire repaired. Her attitude was trash and super arrogant for whatever season. I’d rather pay more for better service. The arrogance and being was completely un necessary.

Had a tire patched after hours (8:30PM) they got me right in and got the job done. The repair was both quick and professional. Their pricing is extremely fair too! I certainly will be back if/when I am need!

I called them about a week ago about a sensor I needed replaced. I was told that a diagnosis fee would be 85, cool. I went up there spoke with a little girl behind the desk who took my info. She then calls a man by the name of Jony who was very RUDE and HATEFUL! He was on speaker phone yelling at me about the diagnosis fee. He told me because I drive a Cadillac the fee would be 100. Again cool. But it was the way he was saying it. This man kept yelling THE FEE IS 100 IM NOT COMING UP THERE IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY! WTH!! It was not about the money but his professionalism was RUDE!! I will NOT be going back as Meineke did an amazing job and I even gave them a 50 tip!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this tire shop for a plug yesterday was charged $30 for a plug when plugs are 15 but because it was After 6pm they charge additional 15 . The next morning I wake up tire flat again so the plug didn’t even take then I went back to the shop to inform them the so called owner (young guy) says he don’t do warranty on plugs he will look at the plug but I would have to pay again . What a great business. Anytime you mess over Gods people it’s never good

Estradas was able to get my vehicle back running after previous shops gave me the run around and misdiagnosed my vehicle just to get money.

They provided excellent service for our Chevy Impala LTZ 2015. They were able to come to our home instead of towing it to their shop since our alternator died. They were timely and did an awesome job. Our family has been going to them for years.

I went in to get small patch on the sidewall of the tire at Estradas Tire & Auto Repair. They told me no warranty on it and I assumed that meant if the tire blows after successfully airing up the tire, then I couldn't ask for money back. So, I was cool with it. Guy said it would take 25 minutes and $25. I paid cash. Over an hour later a guy comes out to meet me, which is not the same guy from before, and shows me that he mounted a used tire to my rim and my patched tire sitting next to it. He tried to explain, but couldn't because he didn't speak English. He had the lady at the front desk help. She immediately assumed I came in with no rim and said I only paid for a patch. I said no and asked her to translate what the guy was saying. She was not kind at all and very short with me. She then was arguing with someone over the phone asking about my situation. Then once she figured out the situation asked if I wanted my patched tire mounted to my rim. I said yes. So the guy mounts and comes back showing that the patch held but a new hole appeared near the other hole. The front desk lady said I could buy a used tire for $50. I said could you do it for $25 because I already paid $25 and the patch didn't work. She said no because the patch had no warranty. I said I understand, but I paid for something that never worked. I gave up trying to reason with them. I just loaded up my tire with the patch and rim in the van and left. I should have just not said anything when the guy put a used tire on my rim and drove off, but because I was trying to be honest, I asked a rude lady to give me the correct service I requested. I literally saved them from a $25 mistake and yet they didn't want to take another $25 to put on the used tire that was on the rim previously back on. It was a huge waste of my time and now I am never coming back. I hope the $25 was worth the bad review.
