I had a wonderful experience with Etscorn last week. My heat/defrost was not working and I was referred to their shop. Very polite and upfront on the phone. I dropped off my car and there was an open line of communication the entire time. They fixed my heat issue and did not try and upsell me. My shocks and rear brakes are wearing, but they said no need to fix them now. The price they quoted for my fix is what I paid and I will definitely be using Etscorn again for any future needs.

They the worst, I drove my truck to the shop to be repaired. After the diagnostic test they told me I need a new Hemi 5.7 engine $6000 . It has a loud tick sound. The hemi tick, is world renowned. They are the worst never go to estcorns again!!!!

I am a long time customer. My mountaineer broke down last week in the middle of a winter storm. I had to have it towed to their shop that day. When most of the city was shut down for a couple days, they not only made it in but had my mountaineer back and running great in two days. Also, they knew my budget and kept me under it, even thought i had a half dozen important things done. Highly recommend.

Reliable service and fair pricing. I found Etscorn Auto Service via google when I moved to Louisville and they have never given me a reason to try anywhere else. Chris and the rest of the staff there take great care and pride in their work, and are excellent at communicating with customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a shop that wants to keep you coming back. Don’t waste your money. Spent $850+ here trying to fix an issue that they never solved, only to get my codes ran at a Valvoline and find out it was a computer issue all along. They never diagnosed a computer issue and charged me for a water pump and all kinds of other repairs.

So I tried to schedule a repair service at my local Toyota and they were booked for weeks. I call Etscorn's and to my surprise, they said I could come in the next morning. They got my brakes fixed in just a couple hours. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance to visit while you wait!

Etscorns has become my GO TO SHOP! The service is great, the prices are trusting, and the staff is professional and leave the car cleaner than when dropped off. I have used Etscorns not only for brakes and tires, but electrical. They replaced the headlights in a Fushion. They have our business and i will refer anyone to them.

The staff is real informative and honest. Doesn’t try to upsell you on anything. I was told at the dealership that I needed all sorts of work to my car that at the time was only 3 years old. Took it to Etscorns and they said absolutely not. Highly recommend Etscorn’s!

These guys are crooks, had my car for over 2 months replacing the engine, and when I finally got it back it was still broken, and they wanted to charge me again to fix it Just got a quote from a nearby shop that was hundreds of dollars more than these criminals “discounted price” Please don’t waste your time or your money

I am super glad that I took my car to Etscorn Auto Service to get my air conditioner fixed on my 2007 Honda Accord. They performed detail diagnostic testing before jumping to replacement of a part. Their expertise saved me over $1000.

I’ve been coming to the shop for the last ten years for all of my car needs. Chris, Mike, and Josh are excellent and the mechanics are outstanding. My favorite part is that I get to support a locally owned Louisville business. It’s nice to know that when it comes to my cars, I don’t have to go anywhere else. These guy's are crooks. I came to this place because of the TirePro's affiliation. They denied my warranty and I was naive so did not make a huge fuss. I paid a lot for a single tire (which caused more problems down the line) and they even tried to convince me the original shop was at fault for not purchasing real warranty. After dealing with more issues with tires and rims down the line, I discovered that they just denied the warranty, and gave me a fake rep to call and waste my time with (I left 3 voicemails, they stopped returning my calls). Seriously, an atrocious business practice. Next time, before you rip someone young off, remember that that may have been a potential customer for life. Edit: Come to learn, the tire shop which Etscorn's blamed for my warranty issues, recently accepted warranty from Etscorns that they did not "technically" accept, because any competent warranty company will PAY THE BUSINESS DIRECTLY meaning there is no room for this sort of scam.

Prompt and responsive. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they were able to address the problems in an hour. The waiting area is also very nice, clean, comfy couches. Honestly should've just hung out there and waited for my car to get serviced. 12/10
