I've been going to Eurasian for about 10 years and they always do excellent work. I think just as important is that they provide great customer service and really take the time to explain any issues with your car. Also, they don't recommend service you don't need. Rob really makes that shop run and they definitely have a customer for life!

I called and spoke with the Master Mechanic explaining to him the issue and problem with ABC system, he appeared to know exactly what the problem was and he quoted me $1,300 to repair , I dropped off the car, about a week later he called and said they could not do anything to it because parts are no longer available because of the age of the car. They forced me to pay $388 for nothing. They did not do anything to the car whatsoever. This is the worst scam in customer service I have ever had to endure. I do not recommend anyone to use this place. I have had a horrible experience. Dealership charges $120 for diagnosis. They charged me three times as much and did nothing.

Recently I took my Chevy Silverado there for A/C and overheating issues. They recharged the a/c with freeon and replaced the plastic overfill tank for the overheating problem. They asked me to drive it around for a couple of days to see if that would fix both issues. For these 2 services I was charged over $1000. The very next day the a/c was blowing hot again and the truck started to overheat. They advised me that it might be the thermostat that needed replacing and that would wind up being around $600 to replace. Needless to say I found out how easy the thermostat was to replace and the part only cost me $40. I replaced it myself and the truck has been running wonderfully. I will not be returning to them to fix my A/C. Over priced and dishonest

I am very satisfied with my 2019 BMW X3 oil change(done about month ago). Yesterday I replaced the front and rear brake pads. I had my car maintained at the BMW service center for about 4 years, now I am very happy to have maintained at the Eurasian shop. The staff was very friendly and the work was done quickly. Highly recommended.

For years I paid by check there. I have never been told checks were not acceptable. My ride dropped me off and then left so I was stranded bc my payment was refused. Over the years I have paid you several thousands in repairs by check w/o a problem in your receiving good funds. North Park Audi never treated me like this so I will have them do future work. It’s obvious you don’t value me as a customer. Your supervisor does not know how to treat loyal customers and is literally driving business away! Also, coolant was not topped off!

People were nice enough but it was excessively priced. Oil change was $135 ish and I can get the same from a drive thru. Not to mention one of the things I don’t want to do is sit there for hours on something that should take no more than 30 minutes.

Quoted my wife almost $700 for a battery replacement for an Atlas. The dealer is over $200 cheaper than that. That type of shady pricing immediately lost any business they could have received from my family. The battery itself costs 200-250 and even vw costs 150 for the battery calibration. Even on the high side thats another $200 in labor costs to replace a battery. That is 10-15 minutes of work. Would not recommend any garage willing to upcharge well above even the dealer. Check dealer prices before calling them. At least the work gets a warranty from the OEM manufacturer.

We met Bob Blessing concerning a transmission related issue with our MB CLK 320. To his credit, because his shop's schedule was quite backed up Mr. Blessing referred us to a shop specializing in Mercedes Benz vehicles. The service received from the shop he referred us to was excellent.
