. I had a big service due on 2012 Mercedes 350 blutec and didn’t want to use the dealer. I found their service prompt and as advertised. My car was completed on time and I was kept up to date on progress in a timely matter. I will be going back!!

The individuals at Eurauto are nothing but kind and truly care. I had an unusual braking system issue on my BMW X3. They were extremely thorough with the diagnosis, and timely with finding the part to get it replaced, while keeping me updated throughout the process. They charge a fair price for the great work the technicians do. It was my first time using them and I wish I found them sooner! Overall, a great experience.

I took my car in to have it checked out for a knocking noise. I ended up not having them address that (had that fixed at Mercedes dealership) but they recommended a new drive belt, which is only a couple hundred dollars so I had them do that. When I got the car back I heard a squeaking noise. I took it back into them and they replaced a pulley and charged me for that. After a few days the squeaking came back worse than before. I took it back a third time and they said I need a new water pump and charged me for that. They ordered one, put it in and said the part they ordered was defective, so then they needed it over the weekend. On Monday after finally replacing the water pump, they said the radiator hose was leaking and charged me for that. Got the car back, the squeaking is now very faint (but not gone). I have no way of knowing if this series of issues were coincidence or they were messing things up but their communication through the process was not great either.

I contacted Euroauto and they immediately arranged for an appointment to check out my 1994 Vintage car. They were thorough in their estimation of needed repairs as well as telling other things that didn’t need repair. I highly recommend them for your car repairs.

Dude was rude and couldn't give a price on a basic battery instal on a common vehicle. Wouldn't even ballpark it for me unless I drove all the way over there for them to actually see the car.

My sunroof cover was knocked off of the track. Based on my online research, it was going to be like installing a whole new sunroof to fix it. I called Euro Auto and they could get me in quickly. They were able to fix it easily and only charge me for 1 hour of labor. They also did three other regular maintenance items- air filters and coolant, which they checked while doing the sunroof. They were able to knock it all out in one day. The shop is conveniently located right in the middle of my neighborhood. Would highly recommend if you have a BMW needing service.

Have been a loyal client of Eurauto since the 1990’s. Usually as trusted care for vintage German cars, but also for any and all out-of-warranty work of every other car we’ve owned. Have never had an experience in which they haven’t exceeded my expectations. Succinctly, they only recommend what you need and if they recommend, do it. Their work will always be high-value. I have been going to Eurauto for many years and have never been disappointed . Tim explains everything about the problem so I can understand it. He is always honest and tells me what I need to do to fix it. I have always been able to get my car in promptly and know exactly when it will be done.Tim and his employees are always polite and helpful and have given me rides back and forth from my condo or been loaned a car to drive until mine is fixed . They are also fairly priced. I would highly recommend them.

I have dropped off my 2004 BMW 530i twice at Eurauto. Both times have been excellent. Could not recommend these guys enough. If you want your car being looked after by a trustworthy group, look no further. I am excited to continue bringing my BMW and other cars to them in the future!

I was recently on a roadtrip from Florida to Norwalk, OH and my 13 VW Passat TDI decided to act up. I googled and found Dubwerx and they would even look at it but they referred me to Eurauto. Great service, was able to perform a forced regen and get me back on the road. Great service, great people!

The sunroof on my VW Sportwagen was leaking. The guys at the shop took my car apart, dried it out, unclogged the drains and did an amazing job. And it didn't break the bank, which I was pleasantly surprised about. Highly recommend.

Tim and the Team at Eurato helped me out promptly when a nail was stuck in a tire. The tire was losing air. I drove in and they quickly put the car on the lift and fixed the issue. Thanks guys!
