Can't recommend this shop enough -- by far the most fair and honest shop I've taken my car to. Last year a different shop told me I needed everything in my braking system needed replacing, including pads rotors calipers and fluid. took it to euro auto plex for a second opinion and as it turned out I just needed pads and rotors, the other shop was just trying to upsell me on the calipers while they had me. More recently I had some squeaking/grinding noises while driving at low speeds, this could've been a number of things and would've been easy for any shop to claim it was some high priced repair with brakes, wheel bearings, you name it.. But they didn't do anything like that. They took a look, called me 30 minutes later to say it was that my brake housing was warped, did what they could to bend it back in to shape. Had my car back in an hour, the noise was gone, and they only asked me for an honest google review in return. It's good knowing I have a shop I can trust in the city. I also really appreciate that they will always take the time to thoroughly answer any questions I might have or explain how so and so parts work together, what the failure points are, etc.

I'm just a girl... that doesn't know anything cars and HATE to do anything cars. My tire light came on and the guys at the shop found nails in two of my tires. Brandon is amazing and recommended a great set of tires. The service was top notch! I will be visiting again soon :0)

Brandon and Luke are great! I’m usually dealing with Brandon - he’s knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly to someone that might not be a car expert, like myself. I found Euro Auto Plex a couple years ago when my Volvo S40 engine died on me. Turns out it was a coolant leak that the Volvo dealership missed 3 months prior! Brandon and the mechanics at EAP helped source a replacement in no time and for a very reasonable price. We went through all my options and not once were they pushy for me to make a decision. Needless to say, I no longer visit the Volvo dealership, I only go to these guys. They’re truly the best.

Good service. The person I spoke with was Luke. Everything was up front, pricing and service. The repair work was done quickly and correctly. I plan on keeping my Subaru Outback for a long time. At 118K miles, it is still a baby. I gave him a short laundry list of things I want done to the vehicle and I received quotes via my email. I recommend them for service and repairs as I am going back to them. I live in the neighborhood and like to be close to repair shop where I can have my car serviced without any issues. I called other repair shops in the and they were not as friendly as the people from this shop. Try it out for yourself. Definitely recommended.

Luke and Brandon are amazing! The entire staff is very knowledgable, friendly, honest and fair. Prices are reasonable and they were very quick with repairs. Definitely prefer Euro Auto Plex over the Mercedes Dealership.

As a "car guy", very happy to have Euro Autoplex work on my 1990 Mercedes. Thoroughly impressed by their transparency - multiple calls to let me know timing, things that came up, etc and even admitting they were wrong on a diagnosis and correcting it. All aspects on this end were above and beyond what I've experienced in working on this car over the years. What really made me write this review is when I saw Brandon in their office giving a level headed response to a woman who was having work done on a car she recently purchased and not trying to scare her or get her to spend a bunch of money, just educate her on the problems and give a plan of action. They've earned my business going forward.

Been traveling across the country in a '89 Westfalia. Got in Chicago crawling traffic when there seemed to be a fuel delivery problem. The van stalled out a couple of times. Decided to get off hwy for the night and regroup in the morning. I google'd foreign auto mechanic. Low and behold, Euro Auto Plex was two doors down from our hotel. They were highly rated by customers. I walked over there and spoke with Brandon. I explained our predicament. He was very helpful and got us in the next morning. They ran multiple tests, and checked the probable issues for our problem. Unfortunately there was nothing to be found. We got on the road the next day and finished our journey home to WA without recurrence of the fuel delivery issue, or any other issues. Go figure! Brandon and staff were professional, courteous, friendly, and very accommodating! Plus what they charged for the diagnostics was responsible. I guess I got off the hwy at the right place!!

This is truly an excellent automotive shop. These people know their stuff on top of the fact that they are honest which sadly to say is rare for automotive shops. I'm thankful that we found this place and I would recommend this shop no matter what kind of car you have, I believe they can fix it.

Awesome guys running this shop. I had a big oil leak and not so great with cars. They explained all the possible causes to a degree that I could understand the issues and turned my car around in a day. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

It’s a place you can trust and reasonably priced.The staff provided me with a professional and welcoming atmosphere while I waited for my maintenance, and they kept me up to date with my longer maintenance and got my vehicle precisely as promised. This will be my auto repair and maintenance place for all my vehicles. Highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed.

Quick service and reasonable prices. Unlike the dealership where I previously had my car serviced, I wasn’t pressured into a list of “urgent” must-do repairs that I hadn’t come in for. They fixed what I asked, did an oil change and inspection, and then let me know any issues they saw, informing me of any risks but taking into account that I’m considering trading my car in soon. And no expensive glitzy facility that I felt I was subsidizing . Highly recommended.
