Best BMW shop in stl BAR-NONE. Where else will they: 1. Honestly tell you the quoted hours for a repair/maintenence 2. Openly share their absurdly reasonable shop rate and other potential costs 3. Not upsell you beyond reason. If they tell you your car needs something, it truly needs it. If they tell you it doesn't, it wont. 4. Potentially the biggest one: They will install parts that you buy (within reason, dont bring them junk shit)! These guys have sat on the phone for over half an hour with me making sure I found the right parts and bought them myself for the needed repair. This is incredibly rare and because of this I have saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars every time my e90 needs work. My only complaints are they arent nation-wide, I can't bring my other non-bmw vehicles to them, and I have to take my car to other dog ass shops for alignments, hah! Otherwise I'd never use another shop again... Euro Car STL deserves all the business. Dont think twice, give them a call, you'll be taken care of!

I visited again last week to get wiper arm replaced. Nas able to take care of the repair while I was waiting at lobby with a smile on his face. He always charges at very reasonable price. I amazed to see how friendly and professional Nas was. I visited 2 times and both times I received very well by them.

Where another shop had quoted me $5000 for a repair, this shop got it done for $1300. The turnaround time was great, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had a miss in my BMW and of course just getting ready to sell this vehicle so I needed this fixed ASAP. I called Euro Car and they got me in same day and replaced one fuel injector, now the X5 runs like brand new. Everyone was very nice and helpful & honest, I am so glad I took my BMW to Euro Car. Highly recommend!!

Omg! I have never been happy after leaving a car repair shop! But today Brandon made not just my day but my life so much better less stressful! My BMW went in and came out fixed on the same day that has never happened! Brandon explained everything very well and it matched with what I thought was happening but I’m not a mechanic! I’ve never felt so secure and comfortable anywhere! I am in love with this place and all that participated in the service I received! I’m telling you if you got BMW old like mine or newer give them a try with whatever services you need they are the BEST! I have had a few mechanics since I’ve had my car but my search is over! I love my car and they treated me with respect and the price?! Was more than manageable I can’t say enough good stuff I could go on! But thank you Euro Car see you at my next oil change! You have all of my business for as long as I drive the ultimate driving machine! And yes I’m with Michael Little I’ve never came out of a repair on BMW under $1000 except for oil changes and batteries and those aren’t repairs just maintenance! I’m just going to add to this one 10/23/23 Omg over the top service I live 1.1 miles away and Nas actually took me home and picked me up when my car was ready😮🥹🥰. Más did a quick check when I called about an issue and said get it asap I bought it in on a very busy day and once again I’m flabbergasted my car was done before EOB! Oh did I mention my valet service aaaaahhhh ! Love This Place! If it’s German This Is The Place Perfect BimmerLover Service! Thanks again guys! Yesssss Im back ok my car is old but I love it and these guys treat my car like I would! After 4 months of sitting at another shop they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it But my man Brendon from Euro Car got it running in less than 24hrs This will be my BMW's shop for now on…UPDATE….I have continued to use these great group of guys to work on my 750li and they never seem to amaze me I feel we have become longtime friends and you definitely have proven yourself to me..And Congrats again to Brandon the Mechanic he’s the Truth..

I was visiting family in the St Louis area and saw the check engine light come on in my Mini Cooper S. After some quick googling, I found this place and decided to avoid the dealership (stealership). I was please to see that they even have a receipt for service from the nearby Mercedes dealership that highlights what a rip off it typically is. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service that I got at this place. Not only did they squeeze me in right when they opened, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. In the end, they figured out the check engine light was due to an emissions code associated with the gas cap. They ordered me a replacement and I was able to swing by to get it the following Monday. The whole process took about 40 minutes and I didn't even need to miss work. If you have. BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, or Mini be sure to call this place. They are super friendly and very capable. If I am in need of service in St Louis again, I will certainly come back.

I would give this place a zero rating if I could💯 Fixed my car! Said they test drove it and couldn't hear the loud axx rubbing noise.... Instead of telling me that the car needed to be towed back again until it could come back to the shop... They had me drive off their lot I risked blowing my transmission put me and my son's life in Danger... My son and my Mother could smell the burning sensation and hear the loud axx rubbing noise! I would never do business with them again... First off all learn how to spell before getting smart It's RUDE !!! Which I wasn't being I asked a simple question! My car is at A BMW Dealership and they informed me that these people were very wrong and obviously they didn't know what they were doing could have put me and my son in harms way If the Lord is For Me Than Who Can Be Against Me !

I had some issues with my wife's wipers and of course you don't notice until it rains. I conducted a Google search and found this business. Seeing it was a small business was an additional attraction so I drove by hoping they could at least take a look at it short notice but was resigned to leaving it overnight. I was greeted walking through the door by Brandon and in the rain he took a look and diagnosed the issue. I gave him the keys and within a short period the keys were returned and the car was parked outside the door. He told me it was it a quick fix but he also understood the importance of a husband ensuring his wife is happy and safe. That type customer service and impressive soft skills are a lost art now but they turn a walk-in into a repeat customer. Heaven forbid something else goes wrong with my wife's vehicle, but if it does I know where I'm going.

Lemme tell you about his place. I was referred here by a fellow BMW driver. The service was frigging outstanding. As a women, sometimes I dread getting my car serviced, but the staff put me at ease. Nas was very nice when I made the appointment yesterday and even more pleasant when I arrived. I sat with the car as I didn’t have much to do today. The waiting area is clean, no frills and quiet ( no free coffee or donuts -but that stuff really ain’t free ) Brandon did not try to sell me more than what was needed, honestly told me what needed to be done and the price was so much better than going to the dealer. I will always bring my car here for service. If you have a BMW, this is the place for your car servicing needs. Bravo Euro Car. Bravo

I bought my 335 being told by a few shops that I needed a new motor I took a chance on Euro Car and I can say I’m very impressed with the work they do here! About a week later my car was on the road again (did not need a new motor) Brandon took great car of me they treat you like family and now I will only be returning to Euro Car!

They are experienced with repairing cars, not just standard maintenance. Replaced all the leaking vacuum lock mechanisms and the shocks and now they work like new!

Our Mercedes was due for a B-service (oil change, cabin filter change and brake flush). Also wanted a new headlight that we purchased installed (due to moisture build-up inside).. They charged us $417 to change oil and install the new headlight (we supplied). Oddly, the headlight installation did not include adjustment (so will have to get this done somewhere else). They also did not flush the brakes or change the cabin filter that was needed. Their customer service was very poor. They did not seem knowledgeable about my vehicle's service requirements and were not friendly at all. We will not be going back.

Super friendly, knowledgeable, honest place to to take your European made car. My BMW had its transmission malfunction light come on and we took it here to get diagnostics run and fixed. My car was done within one day with the battery replaced and a wastegate actuator fixed! They were fast, reliable and I feel very nice to work with. I can tell you also if I went to the dealer they probably would have charged me double! Brandon, thanks for your help in getting my baby all fixed up :)

These guys are great. 1st time I had my Mercedes in the shop and didn't have to pay a thousand dollars. I would recommend them to anyone that wants excellent work at a reasonable price.

I really love how Nas and Brandon take pride in their work. Love how the mechanic came out and introduce himself to me and let me know that he would be the one working on my car when I bring it back. Glad I was introduced to this shop!
