I want to give Euro Clinic a huge shout-out. I took my 2022 Merz GLA35 AMG to them to replace the front breaks. Just done in 2 hours. They are like your family in which you can believe. If you live in or near San Jose/ Santa Clara, give them a call. Excellent to work with!

Although Euroclinic didn't work on my car, they did work on my 74-year-old dad's Golf. Unfortunately they missed the actual issue (a broken wiring harness) and recommended a whole new transmission, so he went elsewhere for a second opinion. When he came back to them and told them the outcome, Ron at Euroclinic refunded everything. Talk about ethical! I would definitely trust them to do the right thing.

Beware. I took my VW Golf there as it was displaying message "transmission in emergency mode". First they examined mechanicals, without my permission and recommended camshaft work for $2500, for a tiny seepage from the gasket. Then they charged me $900 for inspecting the transmission and recommended a replacement transmission. I took the car to Modderman who found a broken electrical connection which was fixed with a $85 part. Googling the error, the first diagnostic that comes up is a broken electrical connection.

I came here because my brakes were making strange noises sometimes. They spent an hour thoroughly inspecting my car and honestly told me that my brake pads still had 90% of their life left. They also checked other parts of the car and found no issues. In the end, they spent another 15 minutes cleaning up oil that had spilled the day before when I got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. And all of this was completely free. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They are honest and professional and won’t come up with unnecessary repairs just to make money.

They were prompt, fair, very friendly, and gave me some great recommendations for other items that could use some maintenance, but were not at all pushy. They have become my go-to shop for all of my vehicles. And the courtesy ride to my house after dropping off my car was pleasant and entertaining, thanks to the friendly driver Xavier.

Very irresponsible. I spent over $500 checking two problems and nothing was solved 1. engine light on engine light They directly removed my tune and said engine light gone. Finally, another repair shop found the simple problem of sensor into oil according to the code and helped me solve it 2. They said that the oil leak at the bottom of my engine was the differential seal leaking oil, but they did not give relevant pictures. I went to another repair shop, and they said it was only engine oil and it was a long time ago The final feedback was very indifferent and said that I should go to the dealer to see what limitation there is. It's nonsense. I won't go to such a deceitful shop anymore

wouldn't take a car to to this place thay over charged by several thousand didn't do the work that was promised. I have a payed over 18000 dollar to have the motor replaced on my car that is broke down 140 miles from the shop with no warranty on the same day I payed to get it out of the shop even tho I payed for one on the invoice if you want to be scammed and overcharged for your repairs go here and have your property destroyed

**Review: Not Recommended for Pre-Purchase Inspections** I recently brought a vehicle to this shop for a pre-purchase inspection and was disappointed with the experience. The inspection felt very basic and lacked the thoroughness I was expecting. Key areas seemed to be overlooked. It left me questioning whether they had the expertise needed for this type of service. Additionally, the customer service could have been better. When I asked questions about their findings, the responses were vague and unhelpful, which didn’t inspire much confidence. It seemed like they were rushing through the process rather than taking the time to provide a detailed assessment. If you’re looking for a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection, I’d recommend exploring other options. This shop might be fine for routine maintenance, but based on my experience, it’s not the best choice for something as important as evaluating a car before purchase. Edit: before posting this review I received a direct solicitation from the shop asking for a review. I normally would have just chalked up my bad experience as a “lesson learned” and went on my merry way, but since they specifically asked for my feedback I called the shop and spoke with the GM Ron about my experience. Not only was he defensive, but his responses were overwhelmingly combative and harsh. He berated me for sharing my experience and didn’t even offer any way to make it right. He solidified my prior experience with the shop and after reading some other reviews here about how he treats customers, I can see why there are other one-star reviews.

Amazing service. I have been with Euro clinic since last 3 years now. Every time I get a detailed explanations with pictures and they work with me explaining everything. I have got my regular services done, cam plate changed, and control arms replaced for my 2013 A4 Audi. Their service comes with 3 years warranty. I am very pleased with their services.

Exemplary service! Friendly staff with time to chat and a comfy waiting room with drinks, snacks and Formula 1 on tv. Knowledgeable mechanic that took time to show me the issues in person, clean shop. It was definitely a high end experience.

Very nice facility, clean shop and nice waiting area. You can easily work on your laptop while you wait for your car to be serviced. The advisor even led me to the lift to show me actual issues with my car so all work is 100% transparent. Highly recommended.

I find this service center very professional. They have an online way of scheduling appointments and a thorough check in process to catch all issues. They usually point out the precise problems along with detailed pics a couple of hours after dropping off the car. They justify every step taken and wait for my approval to proceed. The labor charges are slightly on the higher side but I’m happy to pay given the quality of service they provide.

I was looking for an alternative to my dealership for both general service and repairs. I took to Google and came upon Euro Clinic. For my first visit I was in need of an oil change and repair of an oil leak. An oil leak that my dealership failed to fix on two separate appointments. Euro Clinic successfully repaired in one visit. Additionally, the service technician took me out to the service bay to show me the leak and the repair that would be done. They repaired the leak and completed the oil change while I waited. I was pleased to be able to save money too! I have just completed my second appointment at Euro Clinic and could not be more pleased with the service and customer service. Initially I brought my car in for an oil change and front brakes, but on further analysis my car was in need of a valve cover gasket. The line of communication between me and Jenny of Euro Clinic was excellent. Their updates on a timely basis were very much appreciated. My repairs were split over two days and during the final quality check an additional issue arose that would delay me getting my car as planned. Ron, Euro Cliniic's General Manager spoke to me and provided me with options to minimize my commuter issues for me and my wife. Today, you rarely find that personal touch and customer service. They identified the cause of the issue that would delay in me getting my car and made the repair. No additional charge to me! You don't find that service very often! Euro Clinic is an outstanding source for auto repair. Their quality of workmanship is second to none! Their customer service is#1! Thank you Euro Clinic!

Never Again - Be Careful - Don’t get Cheated - Read other negative reviews Beware. Not only this shop does NOT use OEM parts, it will use “any” random after market part and try to fit it in. I learnt this the hard way. I had gotten a 55k service on my Audi done a couple of years ago. The process was smooth and I didn’t bother checking for the parts used back then. This time around, I needed to get my brake rotors & pads replaced, so I reached out and got a quote. They quoted the exact OEM part numbers as Audi dealer did, with exact same prices down to the penny as the dealer. I confirm with them if the parts are indeed “OEM” and they said yes. I asked them to show me picture before I went in, but they said they’ll show it all when I get there. Sure no problem. I showed up and asked for the parts to be shown. After repeatedly asking the staff several times, I was shown the parts. To my surprise, they were NOT Original Audi OEM. They were after market. The shop GM, Ron, tries to argue with me and teach me that “it’s from the same manufacturer and we buy directly without the Audi logo, because we can’t pay a high markup”. Well, firstly that’s the exact definition of Aftermarket. And secondly, what you are charging the exact same amount down to the penny on your quotes as the dealership? That’s trying to mislead the customer. I asked politely that I don’t want this job done, asked for my car to be put back and left. After coming back home, I had to replace the cabin air filter that this shop had put in two years ago. To my utter surprise, when I pulled the old filter out - not only it was non-OEM some generic brand, it was the WRONG SIZE!! Wider & shorter. It was simply shoved in, providing inadequate coverage and possibly causing some dirt/dust to get in the A/C. I was furious, I messaged the shop back and shared all this. The owner of the shop, Bernard Tansey sends me an email explaining their “OEM” parts practice: “I see in your records that you had requested to use OEM parts, which is what we supply. "Genuine" was not specified. Audi does not make their own parts, in this case Akebono is the supplier, but Audi also uses ATE, Pagid, Ferodo and Jurid. We prefer ATE rotors and Ferodo pads, as we have seen significantly increased performance and wear with these suppliers. The only difference with "Genuine" is there are Audi rings stamped on them and come in an Audi box. The pads are exactly the same, from the same manufacturer. ” Accordingly any half decent shop, that’s the exact definition of an aftermarket part. And audi might use Ferodo for some models, on my car, they are NOT the Original Equipment Manufacturer for brake pads. I also shared with him the finding about the incorrect air filter they shoved in, and he has been silent on it. Guilty!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
